The Sonneninsel holiday resort is located in the Kölpinsee seaside resort and is located between the white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea and the idyllic banks of the backwaters.
The four houses in the holiday complex were newly built in 2018 and combine high-quality equipment with great comfort.

The top floor apartment in the Sonnenschein house is 65 m² in size and invites up to 4 people to spend their vacation there. The apartment is modern and furnished with attention to detail.

The elegantly furnished living room impresses with an open, high-quality kitchen with all technical equipment, a comfortable dining area and access to the 4.5 m² balcony with seating. Floor-to-ceiling window elements ensure a friendly room climate.

The apartment has a master bedroom with a 180x200 cm double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds each 80x190 cm.

The spacious bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower.

The outdoor area is equipped with wellness loungers, a central grill fireplace and a covered seating area. For the little guests there is a trampoline, a table tennis table, a swing and a play house.

A parking space is located directly at the house. A lockable bicycle shed is available for bicycles brought with you.
