This modern vacation rental was furnished for you with great care and attention to detail and is located just 1.8 km from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. It’s only about an 8-minute bike ride or a 30-minute walk. The Edeka supermarket is 2.8 km away, and the beautiful Achterwasser is 1.2 km away. There are two free parking spaces at the house; the carport space can be reserved for a fee. A lockable bike storage room is also available at the house. The vacation rental’s balcony faces south/west.

Bookings with very young children (ages 0–6) are not permitted. A crib and high chair are not available.

The initial set of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If
needed, these can be added for a fee.
Pets are not allowed.



Hubertus:

The vacation rental, equipped with Wi-Fi and underfloor heating, is located on the upper floor of the house. Through the shared entrance, you’ll take the stairs directly to your apartment, which features a living room with an open-concept kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a hallway. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen smart TV, and storage space. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle, and much more. The first bedroom features a raised box-spring bed with electrically adjustable mattresses, and the second bedroom has a high-quality double bed with slatted frames. Both bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes, insect screens, and blackout curtains. The bathroom, which includes a toilet, features a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead. There is also a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror.
