Welcome to Pepe's Place! This 1900 sf 3 bed, 2 bath home is located halfway between Houston and Galveston Island, minutes from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment including Big League Dreams, Great Wolf Lodge, Top Golf, NASA, Crystal Lagoon, Seabrook Waterfront, Kemah Boardwalk theme park and Galveston Cruise terminal and attractions!

Feels like being in the country, yet close to so much. Beautiful interior. Property includes 8'x18' heated Spa/Pool (from 3’6" to 4’6" deep) available 365 days/year, covered front and back patios, outdoor grill, fully stocked kitchen, adjustable beds in primary and secondary bedroom, bunk beds in third, and full-size inflatable air mattress available. Wifi available. Towels, toilet paper and toiletries provided.

Quiet hours are 9 pm to 8 am. No diving in pool. Child safety lock on back door to remain latched when unattended. Pool gates cannot be opened
No loose trash or recycling in cans without a bag. If checking out on Monday or Thursday, please put both on curb for pickup.
Strictly no parties or events allowed. No fireworks allowed, home is in City limits. We know the neighbors, they will tell us. :)

This was one of our favorite stays! We were in town for a baseball tournament at The BallPark in League City. It was 7 minutes to the fields and close to everything else as well! A few minutes to Walmart, Aldi was 15 minutes away (our top grocery stop) along with Tanger Outlets, 30 minutes to Galveston beach, and much more close by! This home truly has it all. The owner thought about everything and we were without nothing, especially in the kitchen! It was CLEAN, well stocked, spacious enough for our family of 4, and the heated pool was simply the cherry on top for the kids! Communication during our stay and before was quick and seamless. If we are ever back in League City, we know where we are staying without hesitation! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

We loved the home. Stayed there with our Son and daughter in law. We took care of our great daughter one night. So it was 4 of us and had our 2 grandsons come over to visit. (They live in the Dickinson area). Came to Houston for our oldest grandson's wedding. So the location was perfect.

Host was always quick to respond and happy to help. The home was immaculately clean, as well as comfortable and well-appointed in every way. It was close to anything you could possibly need. Neighborhood was quiet and even the neighbors were friendly. Parking was great. I really can't say enough, and I will certainly stay here again when I'm back in the area.

I so enjoyed staying here with my family! It was so roomy and comfortable! The couches were so cozy and great for relaxing. I stayed in the master bedroom and the bed was so so so comfortable! The area is so nice. It’s a great place to go for a morning walk or jog. I saw two dear on my walk. My boys and I had fun catching frogs. The house is a modern feel but it’s around spacious land but minutes away from Target and restaurants and grocery store. I hope to stay there again! The host was so awesome and responded quick if I had a question

Wonderful vacation Home

First off, the pictures of property do not do it justice. This home is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Took my family on vacation to see our oldest graduate and couldn’t have been more pleased with location, amenities, cleanliness of property and really being able to enjoy feeling like “at home” while away from home. The family and I loved the backyard for its pool and grill, the kitchen for its wide array of cooking appliances, the spacious bathrooms and jacuzzi tub, along with the overall vibe of Pepe’s place. We chuckled on all the knitknacks around house right from the front entrance… “mi casa es su casa pero mi taco es mi taco.” Would recommend this pad to everyone and will definitely keep in my back pocket for future trips!

An Amazing Place To Stay

My son and i stayed here for a local a baseball tournament in League City. The location was perfect. The house was incredibly comfortable. It was clean. It was just like the listing. It made us feel like we were staying in luxury. Every small detail was immaculate. The property owner was incredibly responsive to every communication. i highly highly recommend this place to anybody who wants a fabulous place to stay!!

Perfect Game Baseball Showcase

This was exactly what we needed to spend a week in League City while our oldest played in the Perfect Game Showcase. The house was less than 10 minutes from the field, and plenty of places to get groceries and dinner out. We TOTALLY enjoyed the pool when we had down time!

Wow!

My visit to Houston was for less than desirable reasons, however, this house was a 12 out of 10!! The host thought of EVERYTHING!!! Not a single detail was missed. There was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, condiments, coffee, laundry detergent…and the list goes on. The house had a manual of how to handle everything. The spa pool was a nightly activity. What a great way to wind down. The beds were soooo comfortable and I just can’t say enough great things about the house and the host. Next time I am in Houston I will definitely be staying there if the house is available!! Thank you so much!!

Named after my beloved Chihuahua, Pepe, who passed away in 2021 at the age of 17.5 years old, Pepe was an expert in good vibes, relaxation and sleeping! Like his likeness you see once you walk through the door, Pepe welcomes you and asks you to stay awhile and leave your worries at the door. 🙂
