Booking Requirements:

• Guest Limit: Strictly 6 guests maximum.

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM.

• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM.

• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $1,500 is required. This will be returned after check-out, provided no damages or rule violations occur.

Guests may instead opt for a non-refundable damage waiver (recommended).

• Lost Key Fee: Lost keys will incur a $150 replacement fee.
