Located in the heart of Florence, surrounded by the Santa Croce church and the Signoria square, discover a rare rooftop apartment that offers a truly magnificent view of the city. The flat is located inside a wonderful historical building which was the house of the embassy of the Duchy of Milan during the 15th century. It is situated on the 4th floor ( 86 steps without elevator ) but once you reach the top the full 360° breathtakingview will leave you speechless.
The property has undergone a recent renovation to further enhance its endless beauty and traditional 15th century features. This new look has refreshed both the downstairs and upstairsmaking the apartment even more cozier and confortable for guests to enjoy . The original red terracotta floors now shine white and some of the antique furniture has been re-modelled to achieve a more modern and stylish approach.
The flat develops on two levels, on the first floor you can find the bright and spacious master bedroom with en suite marble bathroom and shower, and a second bedroom which can be either double or twin . Both rooms are boast charming views over the red florentine rooftops. A second bathroom with shower can be found too.
A charming staircase leads you to the even more " romantic " second floor. This is a truly unique and fascinating space that hosts a lounge , dining area and a fully equipped kitchen . Nine incredible windows , spread all around the room illuminate and offer a breath taking view of Florence 8 Palazzo Vecchio , Santa Croce , The Duomo...., without forgetting the two exclusive panoramic terraces , furnished for unforgettable outdoors meals and for simply enjoying a glass of wine whilst admiring the mesmerizing views. Guests can also organize cooking class , dinner with chef and any culinary experience to bring back home with nostalgy .
All the materials used for the construction of this apartment are unique and original , dating back to the 15th century : the pavements are made of florentine terracotta and the ceilings of wooden beams. The apartment is exceptionally convenient for guests wishing to explore the city centre and visit Florence's main attractions . No need for a car , bus or taxi ! You can enjoy this wonderful city , all is within max 10 minutes by walk . This is a prime location for sightseeing and entertaining, the area is vibrant but very safe and has plenty of shops , restaurants and theatres all very close. The apartment is absolutely quite, up here there are only birds singing and tower bells noises. It’s a magical place!!
The apartment is also located two blocks far from one of the best italian restaurant: the famous Enoteca Pinchiorri.

When you confirm your booking your reservation includes:

Check In
- Please provide your arrival time in Florence, including flight or train details.
- Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, with a supplement for arrivals after 7:30 PM or outside the agreed time.
- We will reconfirm a check-in time based on our availability.
- Our check-in ambassador will personally welcome you at the apartment entrance.

Apartment provisions
We provide a starter supply of:
Linen: 3 towels per person: small towel, hand towel, bath towel
Kitchen: coffee pods, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, paper napkins, kitchen roll, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets
Bathrooms: mini toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, soap, body lotion, toilet tissue and a hairdryer (in each main bathroom), 2 rolls of toilet paper
Laundry: washing machine pods
General: plug in mosquito repellent, umbrellas

Guests are advised that the bathroom supplies and changes of linens/towels are only replenished complimentary if you book for 8 nights or more.

Maid Service:
Extra cleaning is available upon request:
- Cleaning: €25/hr (min 4 hrs)
- Full linen change: €25/bedroom & €25/bathroom
- Remember that we offer you a complimentary 2 hour maid service and linen change every 8 nights

Arriving in Florence:
Florence is well connected to all major cities in Italy (Rome, Milan, Naples and Venice) by extensive, well maintained motorways and efficient and fast train connections.

If you are travelling with young children, have lots of luggage or wish for a completely stress-free experience, we recommend booking a private car with driver service (see info below).

Travelling by train:

Italy has an efficient and fast train network. So, if you are arriving into airports in Rome, Milan, Bologna, Venice or Naples, you can catch the express train (Trenitalia Frecciarossa or Italo) which offers direct services to Florence. Please note that a change may be required from the airport terminal to the train station and then once in Florence you will need to take a taxi or hire a car to reach the apartment. I

Arriving at Florence or Pisa Airport / Train Station:

Florence Airport: 25 mins. drive from the apartment by taxi or private driver / 25 minutes tram journey to the main train station + 25 minutes by foot or 10 mins drive
