Beautiful and elegant apartment of 90 s.m. at one step from the Duomo. .
In the heart of the historic centre, from Michelangelo's David, Ponte Vecchio and all the wanders of Florence!
Apartment tastefully renovated where you can live in a pleasant atmosphere of a mix of ancient and modern Florentine style.
It is situated at the 4th floor, with lift, of an ancient building. On the roof top , at the 6th floor, you can visit a breathtaking terrace, with a wonderful panorama where you can take the best pictures! The terrace is not directly attached to the apartment and its use is not exclusive.
MASTER BEDROOM .. ... spacious bright bedroom warm and quiet , with large ceiling, furnished with a very comfortable queen size bed ( that can also become a double if required) with beautiful linen and bedcover. The ancient wardrobe and the furniture give the room the elegance of the classic Florentine style. The double windows with vacuum insulating glazing help your sleep come soon! Fully air-conditioned and heated.
ENSUITE BATHROOM… a marble green and white niche with a large glass shower, soft towels and courtesy set for your first night.
TWIN BEDROOM … small but bright and delicately decorated with wall stripes, this bedroom has two very comfortable single beds also furnished with elegant linen and bedcovers.
BATHROOM …in marble, spacious and bright with shower and heated towel track.
LIVING ROOM… a pleasant and hospitable atmosphere, a mix of ancient and modern with beautiful antiques, pictures, art books and a large comfortable sofa-bed. Satellite television. Air-conditioning.
KITCHEN...elegant dining area with a fully equipped kitchen; dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers!
AMENITIES ...air conditioning, free fast wi-fi, heating, hairdryer, Nespresso machine, washing machine, iron and drying racks.

SOMETHING TO KNOW
I would like to remind you that, if you arrive to Florence by car the most part of Florence city center is a traffic limited area which means that there are many restrictions and limitations. There is a private garage at 5 minutes from my apartment (https://www.garagedelleterme.it), they come within few minutes to pick your car up or you can go directly there. Ask me for information.

Alessandra personally met us at the property and was a fantastic host. Her suggestions for places to eat and get groceries were wonderful. We slept incredibly well, and the apartment REALLY is at the heart of many attractions.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Florence. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Duomo and many of the city's main attractions, so we never needed to rent a car. Everything was easy to get to on foot.The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed and plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring the city.The host was great, very friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Florence.

The apt was extremely convenient to everything as described. The host, check-in, and cleanliness was great. My ONLY complaint is not one that the owner has control over, but being so close to the square it was very loud until around midnight. If you’re a late night person it would be perfect but we were old and typically in bed before the rest of Florence

We had such a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in an absolutely prime location of Florence! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and thoughtfully prepared. The home was beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need for an action packed family getaway. It served as the best “home base” for all our days filled with tours and sightseeing. A special thank you to Alessandra for her warm hospitality. She went above and beyond to be sure all our needs were met while visiting Florence. Every detail of our stay exceeded expectations. We walked everywhere and we could enjoy the energy of the city just steps away. We made such great memories here and would absolutely love to return one day. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the most comfortable, spacious, well equipped apartment in the most perfect location.

Perfect Florence Apartment

Alessandra is very responsive and helpful. She met us upon arrival. The apartment is very nice. Modern bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Plenty o space for the four of us. The location is super for anyone wishing to walk to almost every key site in the heart of Florence. Recommend to anyone and will stay here again should we return.

Perfect location and large enough flat for family of 5

Absolutely perfect stay! This flat in the Duomo area of Florence was everything we hoped for and more — the location couldn’t be better, just steps from all the major sights. The apartment was beautifully equipped with everything we needed, and the hosts were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

It is an absolutely beautiful apartment and fantastic location. It is close to the train station and close Ponte Vecchio. The place was clean and very comfortable. Allesandra is an excellent host. She even purchased distilled water for us to use in our CPAP machines.

Best location

This is the place to stay!! It’s in the city close to many things to see. Plus the apartment is super! Large rooms and wonderfully decorated. Our host, Alessandra, was extremely thorough and a class lady!

Lovely apartment with beautiful furnishings and comfortable spaces. The location was in the heart of Florence, and the washing machine was a bonus. I just wish there were a few additional kitchen items to ease snack and meal times for a family. More hand towels, napkins, and a saucepan would be ideal.

Close to shopping, landmarks and museums. Air conditioning helped so much. Excellent kitchen and so much room for a family. Would stay here austin.

Perfect apartment near the Duomo

This was our first time to Florence and I cannot wait to return, and stay once again in this most perfect apartment. A safe and central location with all of the things needed for a most comfortable stay. Our host was so kind and the various “creature comforts” were very thoughtful. I cannot recommend more highly.

The Duomo area constitutes the very heart of Florence and the area takes its name from Brunelleschi's magnificent dome on the wonderful Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral.
