Spacious condo 2 bedroom, 2 full private bathroom. 1 king size bed & 1 twin size bed in master bedroom + 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom (4 beds total)

Our Myrtlewood condo is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach at 48th Avenue North and Highway 17 Bypass, surrounded by the lush fairways of Myrtlewood Golf Club.
A comfortable living and dining area with cable TV (Up to 40''HDTV) and a full kitchen are provided. + washer and dryer in the unit. TV in the Master bed, Wi-Fi internet, 7 outdoor swimming pools and poolside grills.

Our condo is conveniently located to Myrtle Beach activities including Broadway at the Beach, Tanger Outlet, Carl Ripken stadium, Myrtle Waves Water Park and miniature golf.

The beach is a short one and one-half miles. This new Magnolia condo is an ideal choice if what you’re looking for is a Myrtle Beach vacation getaway that is both a quiet retreat yet close to a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment venues. Centrally located to all the Grand Strand has to offer, This condo is your choice for your next Myrtle Beach stay.

The owner was the most Arrogant person I ever met .

When I got there I had to wait two hours because there was no key in the lock box .He had two couches delivered & there was no room to put them . There was no spices & no beach idems . There were several damaged repairs . There was no dish soap or washing soap .no beach anything at all .

The listing showed a king bed in one room (neither had a king bed). The condo had no toilet paper, dish soap or any cleaning products. The dishwasher smelled bad. Other than that the property was clean, cozy and in a great location.

I really enjoyed my stay it was clean quiet and comfortable

It was centrally located around all of the activities that Myrtle Beach have to offer easy access to the location to and from Myrtle Beach downtown.

My overall experience was ok.

My overall experience was ok. The pictures of the property was not what it looked like. Our first issue was that the kitchen is highly infested with roaches. We went out and brought stuff for the roaches, however that did not help the problem. They really need to get an exterminator in here before the problem gets worst. The roaches were mainly in the kitchen/dining room area. We did notice a few in the bathroom after the first couple days. We wanted to check out, but was told they didn’t know how long it would take for us to get a refund. This meant we would have to put out another $800 for a rental for the week and wait on our refund. The property owner was very responsive at first and was willing to give us a refund because of the issue. However, he was not willing to put up the money for us to find somewhere else to stay. I also asked about a partial refund and he was not willing to do that either. I just feel like they should have put us up in another condo because of the roaches, without us having to come out of our pockets again. The TVs in both bedrooms are the size of a computer monitor. There was suppose to be enough linen in the house, however there was only 4 washcloths. I had to go out and purchase some. The house did have toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish washer pods. There are plenty cooking supplies, just make sure to clean thoroughly as there is a roach problem. I went to use the dishwasher and it was loaded with roaches. Other than the above issues, the property was ok. I’ve stayed in many VRBO properties before and this was the worst experience I have ever had. I am also a travel agent so I have taken many notes.

The place appeared clean until you looked at the bed covers and showers. It had a bad smell and bugs

When we first walked in it smelled like it had been smoked in a one point. It gave me a headache right away. I messaged the owner and was told it was in perfect condition and it was smoke free. Ok, I know what I was smelling. It maybe smoke free now but it wasnt at some point. Plus it didnt have a king size bed as listed. It was a different unit then the pictures. Which would have been fine if it was listed that way. But you are under the impression it is the one listed and on the directions but it was not.It says there are 6 pools which is not correct. You can only use one. The sheets were dirty and I had to wash then before we could go to bed. The pillow case had hair and dirt on them. The pillows had lots of nasty looking stains on them. I washed all the pillows. They looked new after that so I could then tell they do not take care of things like that.When I took the sheets off the mattress it had big stains that looked like pee and blood. I bought bleach to wash the towels cause they had a weird smell. But that is somthing they should wash their stuff in anyway. Found roaches which was the worst thing of all. And they know they have them because they have roach motel things under the furniture and sticky trap by fridge which had some on it. The location is close to some attractions and the outside of the place is nice. Would I stay at this one again? NO!!! The sheets and towels need to be cleaned the right way and they need to take care of the roaches. And the mattress need to be replaced. That is just nasty.

I thought the property was really nice with the pool next to us

I really enjoyed our trip. The location was real nice, the pool was next to us to enjoy. A couple of things we needed was extra pool passes and light bulbs needed. Yannick the owner sent security from the property down with extra pool tags and light bulbs. I emailed him and he acted right away. Had a great time. All you need to do is contact Yannick.

Beautiful area, condo needed a few items

The condo was in a nice quiet area. It had plenty of space, however a tv in the second bedroom would have been nice, more cooking items in the kitchen are necessary, the cleaning of the comforters could have been better and more towels are an essential. We were also not provided an adequate amount of pool passes. The rental said the condo was in mrytlewood which it isn't it's located at magnolia point which mainly consists of elderly retired living quarters. We made the best of our stay and had a great time.

Nice and open.

Very nice and clean.home has plenty of room. Nice place to vacation in. Definitely recommend this home .close to all attractions food stores everything else you need.owner was great to work with.

Awesome choice!

Our family just spent a week here and had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and well kept just like the pictures. We would definitely stay here again. The owner was great and helped us out quickly. It was an excellent location and the pool was close for the kids. Great vacation and well priced!

Best Condo !!!

I stayed here last month with a group of friends and we had the best time. I would definitely recommend this condo to others. The place was very neat and beautiful. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet. You will not regret staying here. This was probably the best place that I have stayed at in Myrtle Beach so far. It looks exactly like the pictures. I look forward to staying here again for another vacation. Thank you so much!

I like the place was clean,we had everything that Yannick(homeowner)promised in the site. The only thing that I did not like was the a/c wasn't working in the first day. But I called him and he sent somebody to fix right away. But the following day the toilet wasn't flushing and I called him again. He ask me why I did not told to the guy who came to fix the A/C , about the toilet. But how I would know what is going to happen tomorrow. Overall I like the condo and city.

september stay

we stayed at this condo in september for a little more than a week. We enjoyed the location, the condo complex, and our stay. There is quite a long bike path that was good for biking, running, and walking. Also, the location is excellent for being central to most things. The condo itself was well equipped. The couch was amazingly comfortable. In booking the place, the owners were prompt with answering questions and gave us quite a good deal. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was the bathrooms needed a better cleaning than they received upon our arrival. We immediately notified the owner and he said he would take it up with housekeeping. Also my husband was disappointed with the internet service. For the majority of people, the internet was absolutely fine (and for me too!!) but he plays games that require a little higher speed service. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

WONDERFUL!!

My family members and I enjoyed the rental of the condo. The location was beautiful and the condo looks exactly how it does in the pictures. It was very well clean and very spacious. The owner Yannick was very helpful, respectful, and understanding. We all enjoyed the beach considering its only a mile away (walking distance) and we also went on the beach strip. Everything you need (grocery stores, gas stations, attractions) are no more than 5 minutes away. I would recommend this rental to anyone with or without kids and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Yannick!!

Beautiful Condo in perfect location!

Just got back from a 5 day golf trip. This was our 18th consecutive golf trip to Myrtle and we have stayed at several locations - this 1st floor location was by far the best. It is centrally located and close to everything that is good in Myrtle Beach - golf courses, restaurants and much more. The flat screen TV is great as is the outside patio overlooking the water. We will definitely be returning guests. Thanks for a great stay.

The condo is very nice, clean, and has everything we need for staying. We felt as our home. We enjoyed it so much! My son said next time we should have this condo again for our vacation! Great Condo, great location

This is a clean, comfortable, well decorated condo very close to Broadway in Myrtle Beach. Perfect for two couples or guys/girls weekends. Close to many great golf courses as well.

Great Vacation

Condo was very clean and well maintained. There was plenty of dishes, towels, bedding, etc. - Soap at the sinks, laundry and dish detergents too. There were maps and coupon books in the room encouraging us to get out and explore the area. We spent a lot of time at the ocean.

Great Location in Myrtle Beach!

This was my 2nd experience renting a private condo on a vacation and I was very satisfied again. This condo was very clean, spacious, and comfortable for my family of 6 to stay in while visiting Myrtle Beach for our first time. Everything we needed was there including toiletries, towels, and even a washer/dryer with laundry soap. The condo is on the 3rd floor but it is right in front of the elevator which was really convenient. It is centrally located in Myrtle Beach and close to many site seeing activities, the ocean, Broadway on the Beach, etc. It was also easy to commute to North Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach for the other activities. We loved our stay in Myrtle Beach!
