To Book your dates:
My calendar is ALWAYS up to date.
To reserve your dates, click on the "book it" button and follow the instructions. The site will offer you the option to purchase damage/protection ins. This option is completely up to you. The system is very user friendly.
You will then need to read and agree with the rental agreement before you are able to pay for the deposit. The first deposit is a $200.00 refundable security deposit which will be refunded to you after your stay. This payment will reserve your dates for you. If you are booking under 30 days from your dates, then you will need to pay in full.
The final payment will be due 30 days prior to your stay and you will receive a reminder when the pay date is due.

About the Condo:
This a beautiful light and airy 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has a direct oceanfront view that is amazing. It's like being on a cruise ship on land.

I have just purchased this condo in March 2016. This is my third purchase in the building so I now have one, two and three bedroom condos.If this one is booked take a look at the one or three bedroom I have.

This condo is located on the 5th floor. It's not to high and not to low. You will love the private oceanfront balcony. You can also park on the same level as my condo and walk right into the condo avoiding the elevator and making it so easy to take your luggage in.
New for 2020: Remodeled with new porcelain (hardwood floor) look, new couch, new paint and refirgerator etc.
*The master bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed, TV with cable and a full a full bathroom and a large closet.
* The second bedroom features 2 very comfortable queen sized beds with a large flat screen TV and closet.
* The kitchen features a large kitchen table. I supply more than ample supply of dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender and more.
* The family room has beautiful beach views, a large TV, sleeper sofa, comfy side chairs and heavily lined drapes.

The Camelot has many great features as well:

* Attached parking garage with free parking.. no walking across the street with your luggage.

This condo is very nice with comfortable beds and beautiful views. The ability to park on the same floor as your room is so convenient for unloading, coming and going and loading up without having to wait for the elevators. Much of the unit is updated and clean but as I would imagine with many rental units things take a beating from guests who don't respect other peoples property. Some have mentioned the water pressure, we had the same issue but assume it is probably because of so many units in the building and not something that is controlled by the owner of the unit. The walls between units are a little thin as you could hear the TV and yelling at children in the unit next door in the bedrooms at times. Again, not the unit owners fault, but just a part of the overall building design. We only had a big issue with it the first night with very noisy people and they fortunately left the next day. The pools are great. Hot tubs, lazy river, kiddie pool, lots to choose from. Wish that the poolside bar was open as that was a drawing point to booking at the Camelot. It is very convenient to restaurants, beach stores and a very quick, easy ride to many local attractions. The owner was very responsive to questions and having all codes prior to arrival and avoiding having to check in at the desk was so easy!

Great location and awesome amenities!

We stayed for a week for a dance competition at the Convention Center. Overall we loved the unit. The location was perfect with easy beach access and our kids loved the lazy river. Only issues we encountered were that the WiFi was public/open which normally wouldn’t have mattered but did cause issues for me because I couldn’t connect for work. Also ran into some minor issues with the dish washer where the pods/detergent wouldn’t dissolve and would need to be run a few times. But overall these things were very minor and wouldn’t deter us from staying here again. Also really appreciated the great communication from the property owner who was very accommodating and answered any questions we had quickly. Would definitely recommend staying here

Parking and elevator was convenient. Unit itself is nice but needs a severe cleaning. Our feet were filthy after two hours of checking in. We did get in touch with the host and for two days she tried to get the cleaning service to come back while we were out. Once they were in route it was after 6pm on a Friday night. We cleaned the floors on our own. The carpet in the living room needs to be cleaned. It’s disgusting. Never been at a VRBO unit that doesn’t provide the basics. No dish soap, sponge to wash dishes, very minimal paper products, etc. there were 3 sets of towels for 4 adults. The dishwasher doesn’t clean the dishes Washing machine had to manually turn the setting to rinse and spin when we washed clothes. The microwave above the stove does not work, small microwave on the counter. There is no vent so the smoke detectors went off twice. It's about a 225 dollar microwave, replace it!There was a leak under the sink in the hall bathroom. This had also been reported in previous reviews. Another basic repair not taken care of.The outside balcony is gross with bird droppings and cigarette butts. There is a big rusted junk pile of beach chairs in the corner that is a eyesore and filthy with bird droppings. 2 Pigeons have made it their home.It’s a shame this unit is not clean and has the appearance of not kept up. We stay at VRBO all over, Hawaii,Florida,Texas,Wash,Lake Tahoe....This was the dirtiest and worst maintained of the basic amenities.

Overall, disappointing

Pros: Location was great as you can pretty much walk anywhere you want to go. Being able to park in the ramp right next to the condo was also a plus. Susan (Host) would respond pretty much right away when I would text or call her. And the beds were very comfortable.Cons: When we got there, the 1st thing was the horrible musty smell you got as soon as you opened the door! That smell never went away. Then I went directly to the balcony as we were so excited to have a view of the ocean. There was bird droppings all over the balcony to the point that we couldn't go out there, even with shoes on. And the corner of the balcony had rusty old chairs, table & some kind of cart that the birds had built nests inside & droppings all over! It was such an eye sore! I did send Susan pictures and she called & had someone come & clean the balcony. But the "junk pile" in the corner stayed & made the balcony "unpleasing." As for the showers, the water pressure was non-existent. My sister-in-law & I have long hair & it took us forever to shower. There was a leak under the sink of one of the bathrooms which I didn't discover until one of the towels that was on the floor in front of the shower was soaked. I could not figure out why the floor in there was always so damp. The queen bedroom does not have any natural lighting as the window looks out into the parking ramp. Camelot has a nice clean pool area, but there are no restrooms in the pool area at all!

Nice stay

Great location. Comfortable bedding. The water pressure isn’t the greatest but it gets the job done. It could use a little TLC. The owner was very accommodating. Walking distance to the shops. Parking is great. It sleeps 8 so for the price it’s pretty decent. Balcony is big and overlooks the ocean. Overall 8/10

Great location!

Our first trip to MB in years. Condo was centrally located and could walk everywhere. Amenities were great and parking on same floor as condo an added plus. The views from the condo were beautiful.

Great Location

This was our 2nd stay here. The location is a 10+ everything is pretty much in walking distance that we wanted to do. The view and sounds of the ocean are fabulous! Corresponding with Susan The host is great she is very accommodating, which is why we decided to use this condo again. The check in and parking is super easy. And to be able to park literally right by our room is a 10 for us! The pool area is wonderful and to be able to take a short walk to the beach is fantastic! However The Condo itself needs updating. The lighting in the spare bedroom doesn't always work and is truly not bright enough in there.. The beach furniture on the balcony is totally unusable. No bath mats in the bathrooms. And not enough towels for the 4 of us. There is a washer and dryer but There was no detergent left to be able to wash them.The floors were dirty. There was nothing to wash dishes with. The Kurig was dying. The bathroom light in the Master bedroom was broken and barely worked. The remote controls batteries for the living room were dead and the Wifi wasn't working well. I did see alot of this in other reviews but, like I said location is everything and the host as well. The price for the stay and location is also fantastic. We do hope to go back again next year for our annual girls trip. But hoping it will have some udates.

Great Place.

We loved our stay at the Camelot by the Sea. The 2 bedroom/bathroom was perfect for our family of 4. The room was clean and the location is ideal. Close to lots of good restaurants and entertainment. The hotel in general could use sprucing up, but it was fine. The only negatives are poor Wi-Fi signal and water pressure on the shower. Not deal breakers but something in 2024 that’s more essential than treated. Overall, Susan was awesome and we loved our stay. Will stay again in the future.

Spring Break Getaway

This property is exactly as described. Overlooking the beach every morning was breathtaking. This condo is close to many amenities and is a quick ride to Ripken baseball and Broadway at the Beach. Susan was quick to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend!

Signs of wear

We used it last year and were very happy with it. However this year showed less than loving details. Chipped paint, old rusted balcony furniture, noisy toilets and especially a “howling” noise in the hallway bathroom pipes! Also no paper products or detergents. The price increase (or new fees) made it a little less attractive as well. Not bad but not good enough for the price.

Great Location

This was a trip for my daughters birthday. The weather was perfect, we were in walking distance to so many restaurants, and 5 minutes from boardwalk on the beach. The parking was great and the best part was sitting on the balcony watching the ocean.

Great location

Condo is in a great location, but there are only 4 small pots to try and cook in and none of the dishes were very clean, the condo itself could use a good deep clean and there is minimal water pressure if you got lots of hair good luck. The pool, hot tub, and beach access are great, extremely close to the boardwalk and good views!

Really Nice Stay

The place was overall really good. The location was awesome. Camelot is in a perfect spot for what we wanted. The beds were phenomenal. Most comfortable I’ve had at a place. The condo was clean. It was a little outdated and the only two issues were a lack of good WiFi. In 2023 with kids, you need much better connectivity. The worst part is the water pressure. It was nonexistent and got to the point of ineffectiveness in getting soap/sunscreen off, that we all started taking baths. Overall it was still super enjoyable and a worthwhile stay.

The condo was not very clean I started out cleaning when I arrived. Toilets old and not running well and no shower pressure. Was not impressed for the price and would not stay there again.

Hi! We're Susan, Glenn, Nicole and Michael. We have been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for years. We love the area and this location. You can walk to so many restaurants and attractions including the new boardwalk. We love the fact that you don't need a car.

This is our third purchase at the Camelot by the Sea. We also have 1 bedroom (listing 251517, a 2 bedroom (this one) and a three bedroom (listing 588273). I also have 2 1 bedroom located right next door at the Breakers Paradise resort.

We know you will love our condos as much as we do.

The Camelot by the Sea is simply one of the best locations in Myrtle Beach. You will wake up every morning to the beautiful ocean views and be on the beach in less than a few minutes. You can walk to restaurants, many attractions including the boardwalk, the convention center, grocery stores and shopping. Broadway a the beach is just a mile away. There are also many golf courses just short drive away. The Resort has indoor outdoor swimming pools, 2 generously sized indoor/ outdoor hot tubs, a tiki bar, a state of the art oceanfront workout room. There is a Dunkin Donuts located in the building as well as a Starbucks across the street. There is a fishing Pier just 2 blocks away you can walk to with a great oceanfront restaurant .You really can't beat the location.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The views are amazing! It really feels like you are on a cruise ship! Most everything you will need during your stay is here. I have a a drip coffee maker filters, coffee creamer, lots of pots and pans, cutlery etc. While it may not be your deciding factor when choosing places to rent, you will appreciate it once you are here. Come and stay with us and I can assure you will be happy.
