We want to welcome you to Off The Hook! This huge 5 bedroom Ocean View beach house is located in the most sought after place in North Myrtle Beach, Tilghman Beach. Located on almost half acre corner lot, right on ocean boulevard. This home will be sure to be the center piece of your vacation for years to come. Enjoy your own private pool in the back yard, ample parking underneath the house. Off The Hook truly is a one of a kind property offered in the Tilghman Area

Amazing Ocean Views from numerous places in the house. The home has two huge southern style porches on the front side to enjoy the breeze straight off the ocean. Located on a corner lot this gives you the ability to see directly through the beach access to an unobstructed view of the ocean.

Large pool in the backyard, has a shallow area perfect for kids or sunbathers. Wash off all the days fun with the large outdoor shower, and fire up the charcoal grill located by the pool area.

Two living room areas allows you to multiple family member's in the house, but also the ability to escape and relax. Two covered porches on the back side of the house over look the pool area.

Our favorite part is the 3rd floor patio table outside that has amble seating for you to be able to enjoy a nice meal and feel like you are right on the ocean.

We were there to play in a state golf tournament. Although we weren't in the house very much, it had everything we wanted for our group.

Furniture needs to be replaced, disgustingly dirty in upper and lower common areas. Toilet seats near to be replaced in almost every bathroom, and badly needs a paint job. Also the doors are filthy all around the door knobs, dirt is significant and very visible. On a better note, the house is spacious, accessible to everything. Response time from property management was fast and efficient. If it were not for all of the aforementioned unacceptables I would give it a 5 star rating and highly recommend.

Off The Hook is in a perfect residential location with public beach access and parking directly across street. The views from 3rd floor were beautiful. The layout and bed arrangements worked great for our family. The elevator made it very accommodating for all! The pool was perfect for late September. Points to consider: The interior of the home is in need of painting with multiple sheet rock patches. Each bathroom could use as an updated toilet seat. They have been cleaned so much they’re discolored. The 2 LR furnishings need replacing due to age. These things are not noticeable on the web pics. That is why I am stating this. Yes I will rent here again if the timing is right and I hope the management can see that the updates are made.

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect weather, Perfect location. The house is huge and is perfect for a large group. The house has everything you need and then some. Having two living rooms, bathrooms in every bedroom and multiple sitting areas outside were a plus. The pool was absolutely amazing. I will definitely miss watching the sunrise and the sunset on the water DIRECTLY across the street (Such a beautiful view). Arenette was a great host. We highly recommend this vacation home. We will definitely book this home again.

Golf trip stay

thermostat had a problem one night and ac went down to 62. We had to turn it off. Water pressure was really poor, everything thing else was just fine. Glad we had an elevator.

Southern and cozy beach house!

This house has the southern feel with the GIANT wrap around porches that are great for families and friends to gather and enjoy the ocean air! The kitchen is giant and wonderful and has all you could ever need! This home is made for the everyday family and is equipped with enough to make it a memorable experience without blowing the budget! We had a wonderful time here and it was truly so hard to leave, we stayed right until the check out time on the porches because of how beautiful the view of the ocean was and the breeze from the rocking chairs!

Beautiful and roomy!

We had a wonderful week with our grown kids and families. Having two queens and a bathroom in each room was perfect. Great location and view. We will definitely return!

Perfect Family Getaway

The location of Off the Hook is perfect for my family. We have one member who is in a wheelchair, so an elevator is a must, and the handicap beach access just across the street is perfect. The weather couldn't have been better and Arnette was responsive to our needs. The pool is a nice size and we split our time between it and the beach. We have stayed here several times in the past and would love to see some of the original furnishings updated. It was nice to have puzzles and games available for those quiet times in the evening. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach House

My family recently stayed at Off The Hook for the first time and loved it! The house was very spacious. The kitchen had everything you could think of. There was plenty of seating for dining, both inside and out. There were plenty of rocking chairs on both decks to sit back and enjoy the ocean view. The location was very convenient and so close to everything. The pool was nice and had plenty of seating as well. It could use a little cleaning, but it was nice. We would absolutely choose to stay here again and again.

North Myrtle Beach SC

Very nice place, owner needs to have cleaning people improve and watch for maintenance issues. we had to scrub and clean the pool because it was not usable upon arrival and even after phone call and email no one showed to clean it so we had to clean it if we wanted to use it. Thankfully one of the local persons had a poop and cleaning equipment that he brought over for us to use. We fixed running toilet, broken dishwasher and broken, jammed garbage disposal. Although it is a gorgeous house in a great location and now that we fixed all the problems you should be good. just make sure if you want to use the pool, assure it will be ready to be used before booking. check in at 4 ***office closes at 5*** don't be late, the emergency answering service is useless, so check everything ASAP and call before 5.

Great get away North Myrtle

The house was in a perfect location and gorgeous. Had everything we needed and a very easy walk to the beach, especially since we had several small kids with us. Communication was great with rental company. Would absolutely stay again!!

Great house for a family reunion

We loved the spaciousness of the house, with its many couches for sitting and talking, with its many tables, dishes and cookware able to accommodate large families, and the porches with their rocking chairs. The swimming pool was great for children and its warm temperature was much appreciated. The property manager responded quickly by sending over a plumber when we had a slight problem with a bathroom fixture. Although we had to cross two roads to reach the beach, the beach was a very short distance away and easy to reach. The only drawback was that there were no large beach umbrellas and beach towels that came with the house rental, but we had prepared for that eventuality by bringing our own. All in all, we had wonderful time in a beautiful house.

Beautiful home, perfect location

This listing is in an amazing location located right next to beach access. This is a beautiful area with many things to do including gift shops, the boardwalk, great places to eat. As for the property itself, there was the perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was a perfect place to hang out and cool off. Arnette was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and we couldn't have been happier.

Overall our rental experience is good

We travelled on Sep long weekend with family and friends, rental property location and staying is good. Only recommendation is try to accommodate some indoor sports like ping pong, pool or snooker table
