Welcome to Casa Alba! You just found your perfect paradise getaway for you and your family's next vacation rental! Located in the Cherry Grove area of North Myrtle Beach, this 4-bedroom, 3-bath brand new, custom-built, stylish beach home comes with 2 king beds, & a 10-seat outdoor dining room table & TV. We've thought of everything! Stocked with a beach wagon, beach & pool toys, beach chairs & an umbrella, & copious beach/pool towels, you are sure to spend your days outside enjoying your private pool & the beach which is just a 3-4 minute walk away!

*Please note, the pool is not heated. In season (Jun - Sep), the strong SC sun naturally heats the pool to warmer temperatures.

The house was very clean and accommodating. The house is very well stocked. My little Gracie girl (dog) adjusted very well. We all enjoyed the pool area and the pool. We had a great time and plan to rent again. The house listing is accurate.

Perfect house for a family of seven. Easy walk to the beach. Nice having a large supply of beach towels and chairs that were in great condition. Loved the pool and upstairs covered deck. The house and property were extremely clean. Host was kind enough to overnight a new beach wagon when the previous one was found broken. A great find in Cherry Grove.

Exceeded our expectations!!!

The family needed a place to relax as we were preparing to attend a local graduation. Found Casa Alba and wanted to give it a try. It didn’t disappoint. Easy check-in, house was beautiful and provided all the amenities as advertised. Beds were made and ready to go. The mattresses were soft and comfortable. Large TV in the Living Room was the central point for family time. Pool was great. Weather just didn’t cooperate. Communication with owner and property manager was excellent. Very responsive to any questions. The family wants to come back soon.

Great House

Our annual family vacation was great at Casa Alba. The house was clean, beds were very comfortable and had nice furnishings. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and spent a lot of time in and around it as a family. The only improvement that I would suggest is to work on the small yard and side yard. Weeds and grass needed to be cut.

Very nice

Very clean and well stocked with the essential items such as pots, pans, appliances. Lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach wagon, toys for the pool. We have stayed at a couple of other houses and this is by far the best. Property management was available and helpful when there was an issue with the internet. They were able to have the issue fixed quickly.

This property and the property owner were exceptional. The home was very beautiful with all the comforts. Very clean and well maintained. Easy walk to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood and close to shopping and dining. Property owners were so nice and communicative from check in to check out. Outstanding experience!

Perfect setup

This house was great for our family. We had 11 people staying here with some of them being kids which this place could have addition children if needed but only had max occupancy of 11. The property was really clean and everything was really nicely decorated and everyone had enough room to move around with it’s open concept. The owner really put in the time to have extras in this house that made it a lot easier on the stay. They had all the pool towels you needed and linens were great and convenient. The whole kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook since it’s hard to go out every meal with 11. The 1 area of opportunity I would say would be the pool area that we spent a lot of time in. With the pool being elevated it was a little difficult for some of the children and grandparents to get in and out especially with no railing and found that the some of the bricks were starting to fall off. In addition we had trouble with the pool pump not running properly. Since the majority of the time we were swimming the pool pump was loud and found ourselves having to talk over it. Would recommend them moving it. But with the issues we had The property manager was great with quick responses/communication and did a great job on getting people out to correct the situation. This property is in a great location and a block from the beach and 2 min drive from downtown Cherry grove. Would definitely recommend this house and hope to get back here again!

Beautiful house

We had a great time at this location. The owner was very attentive and checked on us periodically to ensure everything was to our expectations. The house is beautiful and my family loved the private swimming pool. We will definitely Italy be back.

Great place and location

This house was beautiful and a great location. When we walked in we literally said the pictures didn't even do it justice - it was nicer than we even imagined. The whole neighborhood is nice and a wonderful getaway. Everyone helping with the property were very nice, did a great job communication and super helpful.

My name is Abel and I wanted to share a short message about myself. While I was not born in Colorado (CO), I have spent most of my life in CO, and only recently learned how to ski. Believe it or not, we have a strong "beach" volleyball community where you can find me playing regularly. My family's true passion is to travel when the opportunity arises. While it doesn't happen as much as we would like, we do love to take in whatever any given location has to offer.

Now, you may ask why a short-term rental away from CO. Well, while we do love living in CO, we have always had a soft spot for the beach and dreamt of owning a property near a beach where we can share adventures with family and friends (Remember when.....). Not only that, I personally love playing golf, not sure the game loves me as much though if you know what I mean.

The name of the house is a homage to my grandfather, a great storyteller who always put his family before anything. Truly a sweet man with a heart of gold. Also, my wife and I thought the meaning of Alba was a perfect fit for the house and location. In Spanish, Alba means sunrise or dawn. If you take a short drive or walk to Cherry Grove Point you will see how this reminds our family of my grandfather.

We hope you enjoy the house as much as we do. Above all, we hope you can create some great memories that you can take with you for the rest of your life. And like my grandfather, I hope you too can tell great stories about this and many other adventures from your travels.
