This lakeside cabin has its own private beach, hot tub, fire pit, dock, kayaks, paddle boards, snowshoes, indoor fireplace, a full kitchen, laundry, game room, and more. Ideal for a family getaway, couples vacation, or a girls/guys weekend - enjoy everything lake life has to offer!

The Space:
Our 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom 3,700 sq ft. cabin with a hot tub is located on Horseshoe Lake in the Brainerd Lakes Area! This cabin has everything you need for a wonderful visit up north. Comfortable mattresses, 100% cotton 680tc linens, a full stainless steel kitchen stocked with all the tools you need, (2) Samsung 4K Smart TVs, washer & dryer, a canoe, (2) kayaks, (2) paddle boards, (6) snowshoes and of course fast WiFi! A bonfire in the lakeside firepit with Adirondack chairs is the perfect way to end your evenings while visiting Horseshoe Lake.

Distances:
* Walking distance (1/4 mile) to Mission Park (trails, tennis, pickleball, basketball, playground, etc.)
* 9 miles (12 minutes) to Crosslake.
* 12 miles (17 minutes) to Nisswa.
* 20 miles (25 minutes) to Brainerd.
* 150 miles (2.5 hours) to Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport.

This cabin has a maximum capacity of 12 people (including children). We do not allow any unregistered visitors or guests; a violation of capacity will result in immediate removal without refund.

Guests will sleep and eat comfortably with the following arrangements:

Sleeping Arrangements:
* Primary Bedroom - 1 King Bed (Main Level)
* Bedroom #2 - 1 Queen Bed (Main Level)
* Bedroom #3 - 1 Queen Bed (Main Level)
* Bedroom #4 - 1 Queen Bed (Downstairs)
* Bedroom #5 - 1 Full Bed & 1 Twin Bunk (Downstairs)
* A Crib and Pack N Play + fitted sheets (stored in downstairs storage room).

Dining Arrangements:
* Dining Table + Chairs - Seats 7 people.
* Folding Table + Chairs - Seats 4 people (stored in upstairs bedroom closet).
* Countertop + Barstools - Seats 2 people.

Starter coffee is provided, along with tea and sugar. Spices and cooking oil make preparing your own meals easy. The closest grocery store is roughly 12 minutes away.

Parking available in the driveway along with a smart keypad entry gives you easy access at all times of the day.

Washer and dryer are located in the laundry room along with starter laundry pods.

Central Air system keeps the house cool in the summer months and quickly heats the space on colder days.

Snowshoe Sizes Available: Up to 150lbs (2 pairs), Up to 200lbs (2 pairs), Up to 250lbs (2 pairs)

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house minus the owner's closet (labeled "private"). The pontoon and boat lift are for the owner's use only (not available to rent).

Important Hot Tub Rules:
1) Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of quiet hours from 10PM-8AM.
2) Supervision Is Required: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
3) Age Restriction: Children under 12 years of age are not permitted in the spa.
4) Temperature Limit: The spa temperature must not exceed 104 degrees.
5) Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for the spa is 6 people.
6) Soaking Time: For your safety, please limit your soak to 20 minutes.
7) Pre-Entry Shower: Please shower before entering the spa.
8) Close the Cover: Keep the cover securely closed when the spa is not in use.
9) No Glass, Food or Oils: Glass containers, food, oils, and lotions are not permitted in or near the spa. Please use plastic containers only.
10) Mandatory Minnesota Notice: "This spa is exempt from state and local sanitary requirements that prevent disease transmission. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. This notice is required under Minnesota Statutes, section 144.1222, subdivision 2d."
