Your home away from home while you're in town for work or plan on visiting family. We have all the amenities needed to make your stay comfortable including the well apportioned kitchen allowing you to cook up your best feast or take it outside & show us your grill master skills. Enjoy the evening watching your favorite Dish network episodes, catching on work with our free Wi-Fi or take a leisurely walk through the friendly neighborhood. You can also take up a round of golf at one of the many nearby golf courses. RV hookup may be utilized for an additional fee. Maximum stay of 30 days

This place is just exactly how it looks in the listing pictures. Clean, everything anyone could need in the kitchen. Comfortable beds. Loved it!

Our desert get-away

We thuroughly enjoyed our stay at Kari's beautiful Foothills home. The home was just as described and even exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and the washer & dryer were an added bonus. We are avid coffee drinkers and there was a large and varied supply of Keurig coffee pods. The location was great in a very quiet neighborhood and just a short drive to restaurants, groceries and Interstate 8. Kari was quick to respond to any and all of our questions. Quiet gem with beautiful sunsets

We were pleasantly surprised with this house. Bigger than the picture shows, extremely quiet neighborhood, next to the golf course & next to the sand dunes. It’s at the very edge of town so there wasn’t anyone wandering around the neighborhood except the very friendly neighbors who like to admire the dogs that greet them at the fence. Clean house, any necessity that a house needs this one has including a washer/dryer & a rooftop spot to see the sunset. This host is excellent at getting back to me when I had questions, day or night. We will definitely stay here again.

Spectacular

Highly recommend property. It is very easy to get to and felt secure. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, new cookware, spices for cooking , pods for coffee maker and filtered water in the sink. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The 2nd bedroom worked great for my elderly, handicapped mother. The walk in shower with grab bars and tall toilet was perfect. The owner/manger was very responsive with any questions. I would definitely stay here again if need arises.

Foothills Property

We are more than pleased with our rental of this property. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook. Large kitchen area allows for multiple people preparing meals. All around, very pleased. One item that did not affect us directly, is that the ceiling fan in the bunk room is close to the top bunk. Probably best to not use the fan if someone in top bunk.

Excellent house in the foothills

This is the 2nd stay at this house. I loved it the first time and this second time was the same. The host is always available to answer questions, any time of the day or night. This is a home that you can feel comfortable and safe in. Great location in the foothills next to golf courses & sand dunes. This house has plenty of fenced in parking areas including a large covered RV spot with hookups. There is a great rooftop view of the sunrise and sunset. This house has everything a person would need including washer and dryer. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this house or host & will try to stay there again in the future if needed.

Comfortable, great location for us.

The property was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Kitchen has plenty of room to work, all the necessary equipment. Bed was very comfortable, as was the living room furniture. It had everything we needed. Be aware: The owner requires a substantial damage deposit. They state that they are the sole determent party that determines whether or not you get a refund. As I recall, they collect it at time of booking, (and at the end of the process, with no real warning) which is a long time to tie your money up. We selected the other option of purchasing additional insurance (through them) to cover any possible damages. Having rented VRBO and other similar accommodations all over the country, this was the first time I had encountered such a thing. And we didn't learn about it until making the reservation/purchase, not in the planning stage. We were too short of time, and heavily invested to make other arrangements, but were actually offended. Just consider the additional insurance as another expense at staying at this location. That being said, the place was great, and everything went smoothly. We left no reason for them to make an insurance claim.
