TVs located in living room and master bedroom. We provide wi-fi access and cable TV is provided through streaming channels (but not guaranteed if technical issues are required). We use Roku TVs so you may stream other services.
Where is home located? How far are the activities? All the times are given with mapping software during NON-rush hour. I-20&Thornton Road - 8 minutes Atlanta Braves - The Battery - 24 minutes! Awesome venue! The Battery is even great to visit during off season with so much to do! Downtown/Midtown Atlanta - 19 minutes Mercedes Benz Stadium - Falcons/United - 22 minutes Cumberland Mall - 17 minutes Atlanta Airport - 25 minutes Cobb Galleria - 17 minutes Lakepoint Sports Complex - 38 minutes Georgia World Congress Center - 29 minutes
No partying! If your intention is to party, respectfully, move on to the next house. We want guest that appreciate a good, clean place to stay and we want to provide that to them. We will strictly enforce the no partying. We respect our neighbors and want to be good stewards of the neighborhood.
One Car per bedroom limit. Parking is limited to only parking directly in front of the townhouse. No street parking.

We love pets. Please clean up after pets, including the yard. If you have a pet, please leave the protective covers on the furniture Pet Fee - We use the honor system to let us know if you have a pet. Guest must clean up after pets in the yard.
TVs - The TVs are Roku TVs. Your own username and password will need to be used for the app you would like to use. .
Check Out Instructions *Very Important - Please place all TOWELS in the washing machine and start the load of towels. *Do NOT wash linens. We take linens offsite for washing. *Please start the dishwasher when checking out so the cleaning crew may turn the house for the next guest since we try to accommodate early check in if at all possible. *Turn the thermostat to 74 for the summer, 68 for the winter when starting to leave. It might be a few hours or few days before the next guest arrives. No need in wasting energy on an empty house :). *If you found something wrong with the house that is a maintenance item, please let us know via the Airbnb messages. The cleaning crew is only in the property for a few hours and as obvious as some things may be, it may not be noticed by the cleaning crew. *Please ensure the TV remotes are on the coffee table in LR or on dresser in bedrooms to ensure they can easily be found to avoid potential lost remote fee *Dispose of any left over items from the fridge. You may leave items such as condiments, and other common items. *Any free standing trash in the home must be picked up and placed in trash cans or taken outside. Cleaning fee does not include excessive dirty house. Additional fees may apply if not followed.

Smart Lock Battery Replacement Guest agrees that in the event that a battery in the lock has to be replaced on the front door smart lock, the guest will replace the 4 AA batteries in the lock. The host will reimburse for the cost of the batteries plus $5
Fireplaces Safety reason the fireplaces are not to be used for burning. Unfornatutely, we can not allow fireplaces to be used since wood can stay hot for several days. The cleaning crews would not be able to clean the home if not know when the last fire was used. This prevent cleaning and more importantly, the cleaning crews have no way of disposing of the embers in a safe way.
GARAGES Many of our houses come with enclosed garages. We do not guarantee the use of the garages but they are allowed to be used if they are available. We may use the garage for storage that occupies a portion or all of the garage. If the garage is unavailable use, we can not move items unless agreed to prior to the move in. If the garage has an overhead garage opener, you may program the opener to your car. We do Not support installing or provide tech support for garage openers. We may also have installed MyQ as a way to provide wireless opener connectivity but once again, we do not provide support on how to install on your phone.

Nice spot to crash
This place was really clean and located only about 10 minutes away from my mom's house. It was the perfect place for my family of four to crash after spending the day visiting family. It was comfy and cozy and we enjoyed our stay.

Great little house
This home was as described. It is newly refurbished it seems with comfortable furnishings and beds. There are basic kitchen needs. Neighborhood seemed safe and mostly quiet. It is convenient to Austell and Mableton. It suited our needs perfectly and was priced better than most in the area.
