Kelli was the best communicator and responded in a very timely way through the VRBO letter system. Her Welcome book was so organized and we felt very confident in knowing how to work the door security through cleaning up and leaving the premises when we checked out. I enjoyed hearing the pitter-pat of kids feet upstairs throughout the weekend, reminded me of my grandchildren and brought a smile to my face. The place was immaculate, comfortable and cozy as a nest. We would definitely recommend and stay here again; the stairs up and down to our place were another way to get our daily steps in and provided no worries for us. Curbside parking was a breeze! Thank you Kelli for all your hospitality.
I appreciated the soothing green walls, the dynamic blues of Matisse and the uncluttered elegance of the decor and furniture. Best nest!

Very nicely appointed, clean and well located apartment. It met all of our needs, and our host Kelli was very communicative and made our check in nice and simple. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Grant Park area.

Perfect spot if wanting to explore Atlanta. Apartment was perfect, clean, comfortable bed and felt right at home. Kelli answered all my questions before and during our stay. Great coffee shop less than a min walk down the street added to the location and had no problem using Ubers from this location.

Location! Steps away from a cutie coffee shop, 15 mins from food, brewery, icecream! The unit was quiet and clean with a super comfy king bed. A/C worked beautifully in the Atlanta summer heat. No outdoor space, but Grant park is blocks away!

Great Place

Loved this cozy basement apartment in the Grant Park neighborhood. It was clean and comfortable and perfect for a weekend in ATL. Kelli was fantastic to work with! She was extremely communicative and responsive.The neighborhood is nice and there’s a coffee shop just 2-3 doors down. Walkable to Grant Park and easy street parking. I definitely recommend staying here and would do so again!

Beautiful little gem nearby lot of attractions.

We stayed at the property for the big south volleyball tournament. Property is close enough without being in downtown. Beautiful little gem with the beds being incredibly comfy.

Very clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay very much. Kelli was available and attentive to our questions. Great space! Comfy LARGE bed! Cleanliness was evident everywhere. Very convenient location. Nice coffee shop just a few doors away. Felt safe and it was a nice walking neighborhood. ( Just be aware of uneven cobbled sidewalks.) Thank you for the very nice stay.

I don't feel like the listing was accurate said private apartment was a basement underneath a private dwelling early in the morning you could hear children playing and during 9:10 at night you could hear children playing I was not just pleased with the apartment just with the listing

Well located, comfortable apartment

Cozy & Convenient Apartment

Cozy apartment with a private entrance. Bed was comfortably firm and linens were crisp! Apartment was clean and tidy. A real gem in an adorable neighborhood! Perfect location for our stay to see the PGA Tour Championship and visit some great local restaurants. Highly recommend!

Very loud and little communication

We booked the property a month in advance when it came to the day before when we were supposed to get sent our check-in instructions that never happened. Date of we messaged the host and never got a response so we had to contact support text their personal number and have support contact them for them to finally answer When we arrived fine at first but there was stuff on the walls in the bathroom stuff on the walls in the bedroom and there were stuff on the toilet and also since it was in the basement the host who were living upstairs were running and screaming all night long I got woken up at 6 o’clock in the morning to them running right above us and yelling very loud overall I would Not stay again. It was not worth the money.

Great Girls Trip!

This was the perfect stay for our girls trip to Atlanta. We had already decided what we wanted to see and do while we were there and picked a vrbo based on our itinerary. The apartment is a great location - very close to Atlanta zoo and Grant Park. You minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. This location had a separate entrance that is the basement of the house. This was the only detail that is not clear in the listing, and not obviously showing through pictures. Apartment was clean, spacious, had a fully stocked kitchen with a Kerri, roomy bathroom with double sinks. It was decorated very warm and cozy and modern at the same time. We had access to streaming channels such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. Apt came towels, linens, shampoo, body wash & conditioner. Parking is done on the side of the street just in front of the house. One might think that your car isn’t safe, but as it turns out, there is a lamp post right by the house so I wasn’t too worried about the car. Overall, we had a very comfortable, wonderful day! We loved it there. The price was quite fair as well.

We really enjoyed the short stay and the bed was comfortable. I’m sorry I had to call you Kelli because I thought the locked key pad on the lower door was where I needed to enter the entrance code.,Thanks for promptly answering my call and giving me directions to enter the entrance code on the upper key pad screen. Thanks again for allowing us to stay! :)
