Dream Villa near Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World

The villa is a 6 bedroom 5.5 bathroom two story villa located in a gated community (Bellavida) near Disney with a clubhouse where the service desk can help you with your needs.

The villa is furnished with high quality furniture. Ceramic floor tiling downstairs and in all bathrooms, plush carpet on the stairs and in all other rooms in the villa. The villa has a fully monitored alarm system.

All bedrooms have cable and 32'' flat screen TV's with included DVD players, alarm clocks and ceiling fans.

All bathrooms have tiled showers with glass enclosures, hairdryers are available in each bathroom.

The family room has a luxuriously huge comfortable sofa, cable and a 50'' flat screen TV.
Wireless (wifi) Internet access for your own devices.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all up-to-date appliances.


In the nook (located in the open plan kitchen) you can all enjoy your breakfast/dinner overlooking the pool/spa.

There is a games room in the garage which includes an air hockey table, Foosball, Tennis table.

In the living room area we have a 8 feet Brunswick pool table and 2 sofa's .

The pool area completely screened and has a child safety fence around the pool (south facing). You can relax in the sun loungers and chairs along the 30 x 15 foot south facing pool.

All towels and linens are provided for and for use in our home only.
There is a large washer and dryer with an iron and ironing board.

All our prices include full use of the Bellavida Clubhouse amenities. A deposit of $ 300,00 will be requested with each booking a credit card deposit will also be accepted. Cleaning fee
($ 200,00) per booking applies.


We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

The Unique Benefits of this Villa: The main attractions nearby includes the main Disney attractions (12 min. drive away), Universal Studios (20 min. drive away) and Old town (5 min. drive away). Sea World and Wet 'n Wild are all approx. 30 min. drive. Busch Gardens, Cyprus Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre are approx. one hours drive. If you love the beaches, Daytona beach, Cocoa beach and the Gulf coast beaches also approx. one hours 30 min drive.

Restaurants and shopping are all only minutes away, Walmart Supermarket is located next door.

We enjoyed our stay there was plenty of rooms and Space everyone enjoyed the pool , pool table, ping-pong table and foosball table great location close to the store.

I enjoyed my one week stay. The house is very clean and spacious, all the amenities are available you coluld not find a better house, the only fault i find is the Wi-Fi speed is a little slow. Im looking forward to stay there on my next vacation.i will recomand to everyone who is looking for a beautigul house to stay with all of the amenities. I gave thouse a 10

This property is top-notch!

This house is spacious, clean and wellupdated—especially the kitchen. Our kids were similarly impressed and spent hours in the pool and game room. Other than lacking a bbq grill, I can’t think of anything we would have changed.

Best vacation

We were a group of 13. The house was really big the bedrooms were big.the layout was really nice, the pool and hot tub were also great and clean. Shopping was close by and the parks were also close. We hope to back very soon.

Very Disappointing

This is our 8th time staying in a rental home in Orlando and unfortunately by far the worst. This home was VERY dirty and poorly maintained. Kicked in door, filthy floors and carpet, broken bottle outside front door, dirty cups in the hot tub and a pool that was not cleaned which turned green and slimy. These are just a few of the issues we had with this house. The beds are comfy and the pool fairly private at the back but I would not recommend this home at all based on our experience. We contacted the owner on our return, and it took 3 emails before she even responded. Her response to our long list of problems was a 2 line insincere email essentially saying sorry but tough luck.

Nice & peaceful

I must say the house is very nice, there were things that was noticeable the very first day and was shared with Jeanine Vickers via email! But after that on Thanksgiving day it was tiny ants that appeared from the cabinets and got into our pies. The bedroom I stayed in that has the dark brown comforter this room has the front view right over the driveway. The comforter & the decor pillows had blonde strings of hair all over and the sheet was note cleaned. Could not locate a dust pan to sweep so I purchased one to use during our stay. I thought that a care bag with small cleaning solutions would have been provided but I purchased detergent to at least wash a load & ant spray. We enjoyed the pool but other than that the stay was nice! Please let me know when the deposit would be return Shantel Lawton Thank you

The best near Disney

Absolutely mind blowing, we loved the jacuzzi after we came back from the parks. The management responded quickly on the questions we had and the owner was a delight to work with. We will rent this house again when we are come back in Kissimmee..

Great property

Spacious, comfortable and big bedrooms. Living/family room area was spacious and the pool was a lot of fun. Very comfortable and felt very at home. Would highly recommend for family vacation. Beautiful property.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay, it's very spacious. We spent a lot of time at the lenai having cocktails in the evening. Great place to stay!!!

The best villa we have ever stayed at in Florida

The space this villa offers is incredible. We were a family of 8 and never felt of top of each other and all the children had their own room. Unlike most big villas, all the bedrooms are on the top floor which leaves so much space on the ground floor for everyone to enjoy. The villa is part of a resort which when we initially booked didn't really think much about. However with small children it proved the perfect way to break up the day and provide an alternative pool to the one at the house. Location is fantastic and the nearby Wal-Mart and Chick-fil-a were used regularly. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing!!!

At arrival the house was very proper. On the beds there were swans folded of towels, simulair like a five star hotel. The walk in closet in the master bedroom was big! The beds were very comfortable. From the first day until the last day, we felt at home. Kitchen is very well aquipt, with everthing that you need. Two days before we left, in the afternoon the washing machine broke. After we reported that, the next early morning, they deliverd and installed a brand new washing machine. Wonderful service, could not believe it. Compliments to the owner! Swimming pool and hottub were a blessing. Clean and very clear water. Hottub was super relaxing, especially in the evening with a glas of beer or wine. The resort is only accesable for owners, you have to report at the gate, which is a very save feeling to be there. The house is also save, as it is under alarm so your things are very save when you go for a day out. As the house is on a quiet area of the resort. Also availble on the resort a gym, which we have justed several times. Closeby a supermarket open 24/7 and near to many Disney Parcs. Also very much restaurant in the neigbourhood and outlet shoppingcentres. Price and preformance ratio is very good! We will return for sure to this house. We loved our stay and did not want to leave!!!

Could be better

What you need to know: lots of room, good description of layout, kitchen decently equipped, loved the pool. Bring ANYTHING you need - towels, soap, toilet paper, dish soap. They provide nothing. You can rent grill, but don't count on it being there as promised. House shows wear and tear, not deluxe. Pros: -Big House -Comfortable beds -Clean, great pool Cons: -No pool towels, barely enough towels for bathrooms, no hand towels at all -Reserved largest grill, wasn't available -Grill wasn't delivered until 2 p.m. on our 2nd day -Lots of broken things (dents and dings in doors, towel bars, dresser drawers that don't work)

Excellent place to stay

We (4 adults and children ages 11,8,4) stayed here for 2 weeks and had a fabulous time. The Villa is located in a gated area which is great for peace mind and is only 15 mins from some parts of Disney. Even to get to Universal it did not take that long. In my opinion this is in a perfect spot for the parks. The villa itself was big for us inside and had everything we needed including a pool table in the living room which the kids played while we got a well needed rest. The pool was nice as well and had a safety fence which was essential for our 4 year old and we were not overlooked. The owner responded to our emails very promptly and positively throughout and after the stay. I am a light sleeper and found the pool pump noise to be annoying but I suppose this would be the same for all villas with a pool. This was mainly in the back rooms. I did get used to it after a few days though. All in all a great Holiday Thanks

Amazing

What a wonderful villa. We had a great time with the 6 of us. Everything we needed was provided for and that is very nice after a transatlantic trip. The location is very convenient towards attractions, restaurants, supermarket, shops, in fact to everything. The park gives you a save feeling, which is not the same everywhere near Orlando. The next time we come to the US, we would like to book your villa again.

Dad's Villa

Our stay at Dads American Dream Villa was awesome. This was our first time renting a home and I can honestly say it was a great experience. The house was just as described and the management staff on - site were very attentive. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The essential amenities (ie, pots, pans, dishes, etc) were there when we arrived. Beds were very comfortable and the washer and dryer on the second floor was definitely a plus. The pool -- well I can't say enough about it -- it was awesome!!! The travel to and from Disney is an easy ride and didn't take more than 15 minutes (25 if there was more traffic). Lot's to do in this area if you aren't visiting Disney. Again, a great vacation rental -- we look forward to renting again in the future.

We went there in may and it was absolute paradise. The house is beautiful close to all the restaurants and attractions. Our vacation was great it was we loved the way you took care of us. See you next year
