Pool/Spa heat is not included in quotes (unless clearly shown) but is available upon request. Pool and spa heat is advisable for bookings in January, February and March then October, November and December. The cost is $40/£30 per day exc tax.

This villa has safety in mind for those travelling with young children with pool door alarms and safety fencing. It is decorated throughout to a luxury contemporary taste with themed children's rooms to make that magical visit just that bit more special. Our property has a maximum of 12 persons which is typically a combination of adults AND children. Children’s bedrooms and especially beds are not planned for adults in mind. Parties made up solely of adults should assume a capacity of 8 with 4 couples sharing a master bedroom. Adults cannot sleep on children’s bunk beds.
