This rental was a complete scam. The listing is false and misleading. It claims to be 2,560 square feet and in reality only about 1,800, at best and that is counting the walkways outside the main house and the vending machine area. Also in that outside area is a half bath which in the listing it says it has 2 baths. This would be the second bath and it is only a toilet (which didn't work properly for 4 weeks of our stay) and a sink. The nails on the deck boards had popped up, many about one half inch providing tripping hazards. We did hammer the worst ones down. We couldn't seat more that 3 people inside as there is only 1 sofa in the living room. The deck has a very nice view but the framed glass railing was so filthy and the tree so overgrown you couldn't see the river.

Peaceful location

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The house is in a great location and the river is magical. The house has a different layout with the second bathroom not located with the rest of the living space and the plumbing is loud but it was clean and had a lot of kitchen equipment available so cooking at home was easy. The host was very responsive for any questions. You will enjoy your stay here.

Beautiful stay

Meiya and Tom were excellent hosts. They were caring, thoughtful and attentive. Meiya was always responsive to questions or needs. They have a beautiful property on the river. Despite having some plumbing issues, they went above and beyond to accommodate. The house was well stocked with basic essentials and the neighborhood was nice. They have a lovely enclosed back porch which was the highlight of the property in my opinion. The commute to Portland wasn’t bad and the surrounding towns were nice. I appreciated the nearby walking trails and peaceful setting. If given the opportunity, I would happily stay at the home again. Thank you.

Riverfront resort at Sandy swimming hole is close to the downtown of Washougal and Camas, Just on the river. The property has 3 suites. each suite has its own kitchen and bathroom and laundry room Can service 6 adults and 2 children at the same time. Pets are friendly and welcome.
Incredible River view from morning to sunset all can observe on the 270-degree wrap-around deck. Listening to water sounds fall asleep. enjoy the stereo sound system indoors through outdoors.
The property sits on a half-acre of land, with a fish pound and Japanese maple tree around. Cherry tree, Stone walking pathway throughout the landscaping.....

The 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms make this property perfect for a family or group of friends. The 3 car garage(tender) is also a great feature, providing ample space for vehicles and additional storage.

wrap-around deck overlooking the river is a wonderful outdoor living space, perfect for relaxing and entertaining guests. And the XXL shower with skylight, a luxurious feature in the modern kitchen.

The 2 gas fireplaces provide both warmth and ambiance, and the central air heating and cooling ensure that the interior is comfortable year-round. The owner suite with its own laundry and closet is a nice touch, adding convenience and privacy.

Overall, this property IS a dream home for anyone who loves nature, modern amenities, and comfortable living.
