The space
Upon arrival you are greeted by a veranda and covered wrap around deck featuring 8 adirondack chairs, gas fire pit, bbq, outdoor dining and hot tub. The grounds offer an abundance of parking, attached enclosed 2 car garage, & Tesla charger upon request. Each room is individually named an iconic scenic view point on the mountain. The main floor offers an open concept with premium comfort, a sprawling kitchen with a 14ft island with seating for 9 and a dining space to accommodate a large party. Two of the rooms are located on this floor spaced out & each attached to its own bathroom. Just off the main floor is a full laundry room and secretly located is the enclosed Vegas room featuring a luscious love sac styled couch that can easily fit a group for relaxation to cuddle up and watch a movie on the 12ft tv wall or comfy enough to sleep. Although, this is not the only sleeping option, this room also offers 3 twin over KING bunk beds. And incase you are looking for healthy competition, there’s is an air hockey table available. Just upstairs an exclusive retreat awaits. Whether you want to cozy up to read book or just enjoy the abundance of views. Also available is a designated working space. The primary bedroom is secluded on this top floor with a king canopy bed and a private bathroom featuring a large upgraded shower with dual rain shower heads and hand wands. Sneak away down the stairs to the finished basement for the ultimate adult experience. Cozy up next to the fire place in the conversation pit or take on a game of ping pong. Two separate serene bedrooms are located here, each with a twin over king bunk bed fit for a family.
