This 4 bedroom Deer Valley chalet at Boulder Creek is in one of the most coveted locations in all of lower Deer Valley!

Right along the shuttle route to both downtown Historic Park City Main Street and Snow Park Base Lodge and just across the street from the famed Cafe and Deer Valley Lake. This location provides easy walking distance to summer concerts, International World Cup events and more!

Newly remodeled, this mountain haven has huge main level windows and views of the majestic surround, tons of natural light, and a comfortable open space floor plan for both dining and entertainment. The hot tub is hidden away in a private enclave and the property backs up to a hill and open wooded space which provides serenity and relaxation.

The upstairs level offers a large King master bedroom suite with vaulted ceilings, spacious ensuite bath and comfy bed with professional laundered linens! Two additional King bedroom suites are offered in the home, one with a Twin daybed and twin trundle within the suite, which could be perfect for toddlers or other guests. A Twin bunk room with 4 twin beds provides an enjoyable space for kids of all ages.

The condo offers a private one car garage for small SUVs and a driveway beyond as well as guest parking options in the neighborhood. A full laundry area is offered to guests as well as garage or garage entry ski storage.

Guests of all ages will create memorable stays at this Deer Valley mountain escape in both winter and summer!

Great Property

We had a fantastic stay at Boulder Creek Townhome 04 in Deer Valley Snow Park. The home was spotless, spacious, and extremely well-appointed, making it perfect for a comfortable mountain getaway. The location is unbeatable—easy access to the base area while still feeling quiet and private. Everything was thoughtfully laid out, from the cozy living spaces to the well-equipped kitchen, and it truly felt like a luxury home away from home. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Deer Valley.

Boulder Credk Townhome

This home was perfect for my husband and me along with our 2 daughters and their families. It's rare to find a home with 3 king sized beds for couples and the bunk room was perfect for the grandkids. The home was well equipped, comfortable, and in a fantastic location as we had decided to ski 5 days at Deer Valley which was a 5 minute drive away. The private jacuzzi was a great bonus and loved having a wood burning fireplace. Also use of the washer and dyer was so helpful. Hope to stay there again next year!!👍👏❤️

Perfect stay!

The place was more than I could have imagined it to be and was the perfect location to stay at for my winter wonderland bachelorette. The house was conveniently located super close to most of our destinations. There were more than enough beds, showers, and other amenities to enjoy. So glad we stayed here! :)

Excellent gem in Park City!

Have stayed here multiple times and love the hot tup, the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, and the wood-burning fireplace. I was in Sundance with a group of coworkers and we love the comfort and conveniences, it's perfectly located to be right next to Main Street but just a bit out of the chaos. Comfortable, well appointed, and perfect for us - the management was also really responsive to any questions and understanding when we asked for a late check-out!

Relaxing Retreat

We had a fantastic time at this Deer Valley chalet. The location is unbeatable—right near the shuttle and close to all the fun spots in Park City. The house itself is beautifully updated, with an open layout that's perfect for entertaining. We enjoyed the privacy of the hot tub and the peaceful surroundings. The comfy bedrooms and spacious living areas made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable.

This chalet in Deer Valley exceeded our expectations. The newly remodeled interior is both modern and cozy, with plenty of natural light and gorgeous views. Being so close to the shuttle route and nearby attractions made everything so convenient. The private hot tub was a great way to unwind after a busy day. We had an amazing stay here! The location is perfect for activities. The chalet itself is stylish and spacious, with plenty of room for our group of 12. The King suites are especially nice, and the bunk room is a hit with the kids. The private hot tub and the peaceful setting behind the house made our stay extra special.

BEAUTIFUL Place!

This Deer Valley chalet offers the best of both worlds—luxury and accessibility. The property is beautifully remodeled with large windows and a spacious layout. It's right by the shuttle route, making it easy to get around. The hot tub tucked away in its own private space was perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. We loved the comfortable beds and the thoughtful touches throughout.

We had a wonderful time at this Deer Valley home. The location is perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to downtown Park City and the base lodge. The chalet itself is gorgeous—bright, airy, and newly updated. The private hot tub was a highlight, and the nearby hill and wooded space added a nice touch of tranquility. This chalet is a great find for groups! With 4 spacious bedrooms, including three King suites and a fun bunk room for the kids, there's plenty of room for everyone. The open floor plan is perfect for gathering, and the views from the main level are stunning. We enjoyed the private hot tub and the convenience of being close to all the activities Deer Valley has to offer.

Cozy and comfortable mountain retreat

We loved our stay at this house! House was spacious, clean and cozy. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Great location with a quick drive to downtown, Deer Valley, and Park City. Hot tub and fire place work great. A couple things to be aware of: garage is small and fits one car (we could barely close the door with our minivan), not a great drop zone for removing ski gear (we mostly had to leave the car in driveway and use garage), and the two rooms on top floor share a bathroom (bunk room [sleeps 4] and king room). We would absolutely stay here again and very much enjoyed our time! Felt like home away from home!

Great home for a multi-family ski trip

This townhome was a great size for our two families to share for a ski vacation. There are 2 master bedrooms, one with a tub, another room with a large bed and twin/trundle and a bunk room. This gave everyone plenty of space and privacy. The hot tub was great! It was clean and hot when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed to do some basic food prep and there were two coffee makers to accommodate k-cups or ground coffee. The location is fantastic! You can definitely walk to Main Street or catch the free bus right across the street. We would book this home for future trips to Park City.

Great Family House

Great family spot - clean and comfortable. Access to shuttle was a highlight and walkability to town was good - even in the snow. One thing to note is the bunk room does not have it's own bath - must share with another room. Loved the skiing at Deer Valley!

Great location, nice houe

Walking distance from Main Street, this was a perfect location to help us have access to so much of the Sundance Film Festival. And the house itself is big, clean and comfortable.

Great location, but…

The property itself was great. Close to Deer Valley Resort. The only problems we encountered was 1. There were no cutting knives k in the kitchen. Upon checking in and ready to cook dinner for our children, there was only 1 cutting knife, 3 steak knives and 2 bread knives. We called management and the earliest that they deliver knives was the next day and they gave us more butter knives 2. There were no kitchen towels available 3. The smoke alarm wouldn’t stop beeping on the last night we were there

We’d stay again.

The house was perfect for our ski week. The location between Deer Valley and Park City skiing and easy walking to town was perfect for our group. The kids used the free shuttle from the house with ease and loved the hot tub. The kitchen has everything you need and while the living room is not huge it offers tons of comfortable seating. Great place… we wiuld stay here again.
