On the third level, the main living room with a cozy fireplace features year round extraordinary 180Ā° views. The private master bedroom with its private master balcony overlooking Old Town is a great place to sip your morning coffee and take in the mountain aroma. A hot tub perches overlooking pine and aspen studded mountains for aprĆØs ski relaxation. Yes. My family and I stayed at the Adobe on Sampson from 01/14/26 - 01/17/26. It was a beautiful home with the perfect location. It was super close to Main street and skiing was only about a 5 minute uber ride. Would definitely recommend this place!

Nice house in good location.

It was a nice multistory house. Not great for people with mobility issues but great views and comfortable accommodations. Close to town but lots of stairs if you want to walk. Kids had a great time in the hot tub and climbing the snowy hill on the property.

Overall, the property was excellent except for one MAJOR problem. The home was lovely; the rooms were spacious and well appointed; the kitchen was well stocked with plates, equipment, etc.; the layout of the main floor was very comfortable. The "mud room" was great for storing gear and changing for the slopes. The home provided easy access to downtown and the ski areas, but realistically was only walkable to Main Street (down the hill). The 1 mile walk back to the house from Main Street was up a very steep incline. That said, the broken toilet in the first floor bedroom was a MAJOR inconvenience for our guests. We received no advance notice of the completely inoperable toilet and nothing but an "out of order" sign when we arrived. After I raised the issue, the property manager offered no more than an empty apology. We thought we had rented a home with 4 en suite bedrooms and invited our guests accordingly. Having two adult guests in a bedroom with no working toilet was a major inconvenience for them and an embarrassment to me as host.

Great Stay Just Above Main Street!

Very nice house. Good location. It's situated up on a (big) hill just above Main Street. Walkable but challenging. The 8th bed in the top floor is basically a window ledge and cushion, not necessarily a distinct bed. Thanks for hosting! We had a great time.

Great home at the top of Old Town

This is a great location, an easy walk down to main street and Park City attractions. Sunrise is beautiful from this location and you won't want to miss it. Ample room for many people and bedrooms are separated by floors creating lots of privacy. Thanks and we'll be back!

First Time Ski Trip Out West

Our first family trip skiing out west. Lucked out and had a ton of powder to ski on. This is great house and great response time by the management to any issues we had. One word of advice to any renters, the road up to the house includes a number of switchbacks and steep. 4WD or AWD vehicles necessary in the winter.

Amazing house!

Amazing house! Location was fantastic, so many glasses at the bar as well. Bed and bathroom situation was very good. Bunk bed is actually a full at the bottom so a single or couple can be in that room. We could take a short walk to the slopes and ski straight down to town lift.

Spring break

The Abode on Sampson was a wonderful home for rent. The management company was very responsive with snow removal from decks and driveways and also with a minor hot tub issue. I would certainly stay there again if I ever return to Park city. 10/10 stay! Thank you!

wonderful house and location

Fabulous location!! We loved being able to walk down the stairs into town for shopping or a drink! And the walk to the Quittin Time run made it so easy to get on and off of the slopes. We also thought this house was perfect for a multi family group, because almost every room had its own bathroom (two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath). Finally, the Abode folks were great to work with and communication was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Pros: great views, great for family trip, close to town and the mountain, great price, large space and comfortable. Abode (property mgmt) was great to work with and very responsive. Cons: wifi is very slow (we couldn't even use it), hot water is limited, but we all showered at different times to manage it better. We'd def stay here again. We didn't get to use the hot tub bc it was too warm while we were there, but it looked awesome.

We enjoyed our stay

We had a lovely stay at this home. I was there with 7 adults and 3 kids and it was just big enough to comfortably fit us all. The house was clean and well stocked. It does have a lot of stairs so if people are not comfortable with that I recommend a different home. It was peaceful with mountain views and had a unique style which I enjoyed. It is a 10 minute walk to downtown, however it is steep so those that are less mobile would likely opt to drive. We love Park City and would definitely stay here again if coming with a big group.

Excellent stay

This is a great location for it's proximity to the slopes and downtown. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, the beds are cozy and the fire place in the living room is a great place to relax at the end of the day. Our family enjoyed our stay. My family of 6 felt at home welcomed in our location on Sampson. We especially enjoyed coming into the house, door already open, lights on, a welcome basket of goodies after our long travel day and the TV' screens crackling a cozy fire . While we didn't cook there, the kitchen was fully stocked if we would have wanted to. The proximity to the slopes was a definite plus. We loved that we all had our own space, but could gather together in the kitchen and living room to relax, talk and play games.

We had a great time!

The property is on a steep street, make sure to have 4 wheel drive in the winter. The PM shovels the walkway, which was really nice! The PM was great at communicating through text, which I appreciate. One floor, with 2 king beds has been remodeled and is very nice, but the kitchen and other floors could totally use a remodel. Great for large family gathering or large friend group, like us. Also, property is an easy walk down to Main Street (not an easy walk up but good exercise!) We had a great time!
