Unfortunately, this review is not truthful and is disappointing. The guest made a comment about an issue with the shower and the remote only to which we requested to have someone come assist (although new batteries were in the unit) and the guest did not respond for 3-4 days. It seems a bit far-fetched that when the guest was upset that she decided to stay about 4 additional nights. The fire station is listed in the listing but they do not sound alarms at night. The neighborhood as stated is safe and is adjacent to the fire house and has a high school and park within one block. There is public transportation within 1 block in either direction and of course uber/lyft are available. The blinds are blackout and not cheap and the apartment was fully remodeled within the last 2 years so all appliances are new. There are mini splits in the bedroom and living room and I have only had guests ask and they are generally on different modes for each which will create an issue however, this guest did not complain of anything additional during or after her stay.
