Enjoy breathtaking views of our Emerald Coast from this Gulf side condo in PCB, less than 3 miles from 30A! This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unit has everything you need for an unforgettable beach getaway! Just feet from the white sand beaches, Pinnacle Port is a highly sought-after vacation destination. Outside of the wonderful views, the unit has ample amount of kitchen amenities for your cooking needs and a living space that you will want to cozy up in after a long beach day!

Upstairs in the primary bedroom, you will find a large queen bed, a TV w/ upgraded cable, and a private bath. In the private bathroom, we have a single vanity and tiled tub/shower combo!

Located in the upstairs hallways one will find another full bath with a single vanity and tiled walk-in shower!

Moving along further upstairs you will arrive at the second bedroom with its gulf front with some amazing views. This room has a queen bed, a TV w/ upgraded cable, and nice closet space. This room would use the hall bath.

Downstairs our living space is positioned for amazing gulf views while relaxing watching TV. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked for any cooking needs one may have. Also downstairs one will find our half bath. This boasts a single vanity and is also where our newer stackable washer and dryer are located. On our balcony, we have high-seated chairs that allow for unobstructed viewing of the Gulf!

Pinnacle Port is packed with an abundance of amenities, including:

A large pool is attached to the tower building which is partially covered by a roof. This pool is heated in the winter months. A smaller pool is located across the parking lot from the midrise buildings. There are 4 tennis courses available during the day. Shuffleboard courts as well as grill stations can be found on site. Both men's & women's saunas are located on the ground floor of the tower building. The exercise room is open to guests above the age of 16. Wifi is available in every unit. And best of all, a natural 880-acre lake provides access to a marina and boat slips for our guests! While everyone is having fun, security will be around 24/7 to ensure the utmost safety for our guests!

Love Pinnacle Port

Property was very nice. Will return. Only one negative....there were a number of power strips with extension cords plugged into them. Wasn't that big of deal except in the second bedroom. Did we call...no it wasn't a deal breaker. But that room probably needs to be looked at. A great clean updated condo.And the hostees was great.

Wonderful stay

The condo was so cute and clean and right on the beach. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back. Logan was a great host, very helpful and quick to respond to questions. Couldn’t be happier with our stay!

Hi all, my name is Logan Lambeth! I grew up coming to PCB to visit family throughout my childhood. My wife was born and raised here in Bay County and I've had the pleasure of joining her and calling this city home for over 3 years!

I've been around the beautiful beaches of PCB for over 10+ years now as a vacationer and a local management co-owner so I am well versed in answering any questions one may have in regards to their stay. When it comes to hosting, I get great joy from helping families and groups experience what I know is the best beach in America!

I'm just a phone call/text away during your stay and truly only want the most satisfaction out of your visit.

Pinnacle Port in Carrilon Beach is one of the oldest and most well-kept beaches in Bay County. The quiet nature of this community is both relaxing and refreshing. Everyone here is so friendly and that includes the staff. Outside of the gated community, one is only a quick 5-minute drive before they are in the heart of 30A which offers incredible scenery and food venues.

This place is truly a hidden gem, we can't wait for you to experience it too!

Vicky's View is taken care of by the owners with you in mind. This is a vacation spot of theirs throughout the year so when they have it available to rent, it is left in the utmost condition. The unit is well-kept and so close to the beach! You have to see this one for yourself!
