We responded promptly to all of your questions and provided instructions on how to resolve the Wi-Fi issue. After that, we did not receive any follow-up from you regarding the Wi-Fi, despite multiple opportunities to assist. Effective communication requires effort from both sides to ensure issues can be addressed accurately and in a timely manner. Additionally, your security deposit was returned promptly and within the 14-day timeframe noted in your booking.
