Regarding the pest issue: we maintain regular professional pest control service at the property, and this unit was treated prior to your stay with no reported issues. However, with the unit sitting unused an extra night due to your delayed arrival, it’s possible conditions changed. Once you brought it to our attention, we responded immediately, issued a full refund for the unused nights, and offered our sincere apologies. While we understand the situation caused unexpected costs on your end, we acted swiftly and fairly within our control.
