Book with confidence! This property is professionally managed by Ali'i Beach Rentals, an award-winning property management company.

BUILDING NOTICE – EXTERIOR CONSTRUCTION
Exterior work for this unit, located on the Diamond Head (East) side of the building, will begin on Monday, October 27, 2025, and continue through December 30, 2025 (Weather permitting, just an approximate time frame). Work will happen Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with construction noise between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Scaffolding will be used, and areas below will be closed for safety. Scaffolding will be installed, and areas below may be temporarily closed for safety reasons. For this reason, no beach items will be permitted on balconies during the construction period. The SWIMMING POOL will be closed until FALL 2026. Residents are advised to keep windows and curtains closed to help minimize dust and maintain privacy. Please be aware that construction noise and vibrations are expected during working hours. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this necessary maintenance work.

ALI'I BEACH RENTALS INCLUDE:
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

Great place, great location

This was a great place to stay. It was walking distance to everything in Waikiki. The host was super chill and easy to communicate with. This place was a huge plus because it came with a parking stall. I think the only con was that it could get a little noisy in the morning. You can hear other people opening the sliding doors to the balcony.I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Nice little home away from home

Great location in Waikiki - you can easily walk to so many shops and restaurants and of course the beach. One of the big "selling points" for us was that it came with a parking space for a rental car at no extra charge/fee! It was nice and clean and equipped with all that we needed for our week long stay! We enjoyed making our breakfasts each morning and sitting out on the lanai enjoying the beautiful weather and views.

Great condo in the heart of Waikiki

Absolutely loved our stay in this condo . Clean , comfortable, big bed , nice partial ocean view and a car parking space . Management super quick to respond to an enquiry I had . The location can't be beat, it is within walking distance to everything. The only thing I would say is that the parking spot is a little short due to piping located at the end of the spot so don't rent a big car.

Very convenient location

Lots of places close by to shop and eat with and awesome Poke place right across the street it that is what you like. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit itself was as advertised and the parking was perfect! Communication was clear and easy.. The ONLY downside was the upstairs neighbor. I'm not sure if it is another rental or owner-occupied, but several times, especially in the mornings starting around 5AM, they would open their sliding glass door that originally sounded like they were dragging furniture across the floor ( yes, its THAT loud), and then they were smoking pot. My daughter noticed it first, and I don't know if if was coming through a vent or how it was coming into this unit, as our doors were always closed with the AC on.

it was cool for the price

Overall, the unit was nice, the location is great and is central to everything. I did not have to use lyft/uber much at all . I will say the toilet needs a upgrade, as there is a black hue around it. The lanai curtain would not stay up and would always come down .. causing the curtain to almost come off. The TV would not work for me either but that didn’t matter bc i was never really in the room. There was enough utensils cups and plates for my stay , I had enough towels as well. You get what you pay for , overall I am satisfied with my stay.

Noisy but Nice

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was well maintained and clean. It also had a comfortable bed. The only issues we experienced was with the incorrect info for wifi login. Also the TV kept losing its connection to Spectrum or had no clear instructions on how to navigate. All that said, I was not there to watch TV. We had hoped being on the 17th floor may reduce some of the city noise. Nope. The street noise was continuos through the night. I would still recommend this property if you want to be in the middle of the Wakiki/Honolulu night scene.

The best feature of this property is the location - closeness to the businesses in the area, to Waikiki Beach, and for this specific unit, the allocated parking. The unit itself is in good condition and everything worked. Some suggestions for improvements include: 1) Perhaps some upgrades to soundproofing the patio doors - street noise, especially garbage disposal starting at 500am is hearable daily. 2) some upgrades to the shading - while the shading worked, it was not complete - due to how the shades are configured, it is difficult to get close to blackout conditions - sunlight could come in even though all shades are down 3) some instructions for the TV / cable would be ideal - upon activation and turning on - the TV was not on the right input and one has to experiment to get the cable tv working. 4) AC can be improved - it is adequate - but needs to be maintained regularly 5) Water pressure in the shower could be improved - perhaps remove the water flow restrictor in the shower head. Other than above points, the unit is as advertised.

The view from the lanai was beautiful as pictured. The hallways were dated and there was construction happening in the commercial areas but this didn't impact the overall stay.

Good economy choice

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I stayed in this unit (1705) for 8 nights. My choice was based on cost, location, amenities. The cost was reasonable, and with included parking, it surpassed many comparable options in other buildings. The place was clean, but not completely updated. The bathroom looks fairly original, and while clean, it was aged. Some tile cracked in the shower, worn surfaces and not a separate fan for venting. The sink had a strainer instead of the regular stopper. It is nice to have a full kitchen, but there were not a lot of kitchen extras. It would have been nice to have some more coffee mugs, including travel mugs. A strainer for noodles or rinsing food, a blender, a whisk, and a small cooler.There is a closet for hanging clothes but no other clothes storage. There is not an outlet by the vanity which would be helpful, and a luggage rack and/or dresser for clothes. The rental agency provides some start up items - tp, garbage bags, but once they run out you provide your own. I did buy some basics - lysol wipes, bathroom spray, hand soap, kleenex, bathing soap.They also do not provide beach items except for 2 beach towels. The AC unit has difficulty keeping up with humidity. We used the towel drying rack constantly but swimsuits and towels never completely dried out.Walls are thin so we heard our neighbors on their lanais and outside sounds at all hours.Management gets a 5 out of 5. They were very responsive and corrected all items I brought to their attention. We had the sliding door fixed going to the lanai as it was sticking badly. They brought a laundry basket, dish drying rack and some needed silverware the same day I asked. We had issues getting our tv to work properly, and they responded nicely each time. Overall, we were satisfied but not wowed. I do highly recommend this rental company!

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is in the heart of Waikiki and across from Hyatt center. Building was old but room was maintained well, lots of beach towels/bath towels provided.
