You are surrounded by clean comfortable and relaxing accommodations, offered at very reasonable rates. These are the main reason our clientele have increased especially our family of returning guests. When you vacation at our condominium you'll understand why... Whether you're preference is excitement, relaxation, fishing, diving or something in between... Islamorada in the Florida Keys has plenty to offer.The Islamorada area offers a variety of activities. Fishing and diving are what Islamorada is most famous for. The different types of fish that can be caught here is unmatched any place else in the United States; Off-shore sailfish, marlin, cobia , dolphin, grouper several varieties of snapper and many more species. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The condo was beautiful, comfy and quiet. It was a beautiful spot and the neighbors were so nice. Great amenities and the condo had everything we needed plus some. Plan to book again for next year!!!

Great vacation l

This is the perfect spot for a family! The condo is just the right size for a family of 4 and super clean. This is our second year staying in this condo and we enjoyed every second of it. We will be staying here again.

Everything went well. Unit had everything fir our stay.

Very good check in process. Owner answered any questions that we had prior to stay. Condo had a great location, very nice folks that worked and stayed there. Close to many attractions

Beautiful Condo

My husband and I loved this place. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our visit. Carl our host was a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely look at returning to this location in our future travels back to the Florida Keys.

Great stay at Summer Seas

We had a great time visiting Islamorada and a really enjoyable stay at Carl’s condo. The condo was clean and well stocked. The property was great. The marina and beach are beautiful and the kids game room and fitness facility were great additions to our stay. Carl was incredibly responsive throughout the booking process and stay. We appreciate the hospitality and would recommend!

Comfortable, great location, has everything we needed.

A delightful place to stay, safe and clean, well equipped with everything we needed. Convenient to all our outdoor activities. Great pool, cool bayside sunset point with Adirondack chairs to chill in. Fun fishing and wildlife watching off the docks. Condo staff and other residents were very friendly and helpful. Carl was a great communicator.

Great location, Great host, Perfect getaway

This condo was in a great location - central to many activities! It was a perfect size for our family of four. Pool was great, area was quiet, laundry easily accessed. We were unable to use the gym facility (no key access for that). The unit had everything we needed for meal prep, entertainment, etc, and the unit was very clean. We would definitely stay here again if we travel back to the Keys!

The place was perfect, small but accomodating. Close to marinas and restaurants. Only small issues we had was the laundry card- because they were out and the noise from the highway. A very nice neighbor loaned us her extra card. Everything worked out great!

Heaven on earth!

We came down for the week of July 4th and it was awesome. We have vacationed at almost every beach in Florida and this is our favorite. The condo is beautiful and perfect for our family. The view is breathtaking and the atmosphere is so relaxing. We have family and friends that live nearby and would love to eventually retire here. Carl is super helpful and so awesome to work with. We will definitely be back.

Everything we needed!

This was our second time staying at Summer Seas, first time at Mr. Blasko’s place. His apt is upgraded and beautiful. We were really happy with our stay. He place is well stocked with all the essentials we needed for the week. He was very responsive to all emails, calls and text messages. We would definitely stay here again. We had no trouble with payments, keys or anything.

Fantastic condo in the upper keys!

We were looking for an affordable place for our vacation in the keys. Key Largo was a really nice central location for us, as we spent time in Biscayne/Everglades NP and also went all the way to Key West. The condo itself is a very charming and pleasant space, complete with a very nice and well-stocked kitchen. The complex is mostly month-by-month rentals and thus has a more community feel and feels less like a hotel which is very nice. There is also a great pool and bonfire pit right on the water. Also fantastic sunset views! Carl was great to work with and I highly recommend staying here!

Fell in love with Islamorada

The condo property is situated on the gulf side of HWY 1. The water views at the dock are spectacular, esp. the sunsets. We sat on the dock, reading and watching dolphins, a few baby sharks, and a manatee. Within short walking distances were restaurants and a convenience store. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we would want--including a well stocked kitchen---two ice cream scoops! The owner was helpful and friendly. We are snow birds who winter in Florida for 3 months. This was the best place. We'd come back.

Fun in the Sun!

The unit was clean and only four doors down from our kids so it was very convenient. The kitchen was very well appointed and the process of obtaining keys and booking the property was flawless. We will definitely be looking into this property again for our holiday season!

Perfect location, quiet beautiful scenery

We go to the keys every 6 months to dive. We have stayed at many places in area.. this was prime location. A minute to founders, a minute to dive boat, a minute to kids clubhouse.. the pool area was clean and lovely to watch sunset. We will be staying here for future trips.

Perfect Stay

We had a very enjoyable stay at this condo. While the condo does not have an ocean view, we are just steps away from the water and my kids were able to fish all day and enjoy the pool as well. The sunsets at Summer Sea Condos were breathtaking! We met a lot of nice people there as well and had a great time. The condo has everything you needed and more as far as towels, kitchen appliances, etc. Will stay again!

Our family vacationed in Isla Morada several times in the late 90's It took four years for a 2 bedroom to come on the market at summersea well worth the wait.Great place to vacation great restaurants,fishing,people and weather .What more can you ask for.Having rented condo's in the past we pride in keeping our place clean comfortable and well stocked.

The people in Isla Morada made up our minds prior to investing here we met some of the nicest people that sealed the deal.We started looking for a place that had all the things that we needed in our vacation home.(Summer Sea) was it.

We are close to the fishing,diving ,Great restaurants and watering holes.The sunsets from the dock and summer point are awesum.Our condo is only a few steps from all that Summer sea has to offer.
