This is one of the finest destinations in the Florida Keys. Our unit is an end unit, which is the largest model unit in Oceanpointe. It is located on the top floor of building 1. The apartment is well appointed, completely updated with a Tommy Bahama decor, and extremely well maintained. The unit has mangroves and ocean views from the balcony.

Oceanpointe is located an hour and a half from Miami and Key West. The property has 24 hour security and is completely gated. The resort offers a newly renovated enormous swimming pool with a 14 person jacuzzi, private beach, fishing pier, and snorkeling area, tennis courts, barbeque grills, picnic tables, marina, boat ramp, boat storage, on-site bar / restaurant, and more! Oceanpointe is currently improving many of the features on the property. The complex is extremely well maintained and perfectly situated to enjoy the Florida Keys.

It's location is just minutes away from some of the finest restaurants in the Florida Keys, minutes away from a Dolphin encounter, live theaters, galleries, movies, and shopping. You can literally jump on your boat and within 2 minutes be off into the Atlantic Ocean. The resort is ideally situated to take advantage of some of the best dive sites, which includes John Pennekamp Coral Reef Park.

Our unit features a newly equiped kitchen, with granite counter tops, and brand new stainless steel appliances. Prepare your daiquiris and enjoy the sunsets. The bathrooms have full size showers and brand new vanities. 50" TV in bedrooms and living room. The unit has been fully remodeled. The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable King size bed and the second bedroom has two very comfortable single beds.

No need to look any further. This resort and our unit offers everything that you are looking for when seeking an extraordinary vacation. Bring your boat and when space is available you can moor your boat in the private marina through the on-site office. Boat and trailer storage is available. Relax, sit back, and enjoy the Florida Keys as you watch the sunset from the balcony.

Host was the best at making sure everything was just right for our stay!. Condo was perfect, beds were comfy and had a great view from our balcony. Pool and hot tub were awesome and the condo is close to everything you n3ed. Greay place to stay!!.

Outstanding property and hosts! Everything as described and then some. Loved the top floor end unit. You can tell that the owners are very proud of their property. The mid stay cleaning and laundry service was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Communication was excellent; the unit was clean with nice decor and great location. Pool and tennis courts were across the parking lot and it was a short walk to the beach and bar/grill.

Relaxing Spring Break

Property was clean and had everything we needed. Beach area is a little small and there isn’t much nearby, but that kept it very quiet! You have to drive 20 mins or so to restaurants.

Very clean and nicely decorated. The second bedroom would be great for a family with children but is challenging for 2 couples sharing the condo. The building is the first unit on the property, so no ocean view.

I have stayed at Ocean pointe many times over the past 15 years. This unit was in building 1. The only real down side is there isn’t an ocean view from this particular room. For us, we’ve seen the view, a first timer might want the view. Love the area. Quiet. Drivable. Lovely pool. The hosts were very nice, communicated in a timely manner, and were thankful for the business.

Fantastic Getaway

The apartment was sparkling clean, bright and spacious with a very comfortable, large master bedroom and bathroom and a smaller secondary bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was modern, with a new fridge, dishwasher, stove and sink. Nearby we'd enjoy our breakfasts with the sun streaming through a lovely bay window. All the necessities were provided and easy to find. Outside the parking is abundant and there's a small beach with lounge chairs and a pier. I wouldn't spend too much time there as the pool and hot tubs are excellent. Very warm and clean. The place is conveniently situated near a Circle K gas station and Winn Dixie supermarket. After day trips to Islamorada, Marathon and Key West, we really felt at home coming back to the apartment. We enjoyed a wonderful stay.

Very nice with disappointing view

The condo was very nice with everything we needed for our stay! Communication with the owners was excellent. However, the condo was listed as an “oceanfront unit”. We could not see the ocean from our balcony and we had to walk past several buildings on the property to get to the beach. I felt it was misleading.

Great Upper Keys Escape

Property was exactly as described in the listing. Unit was very clean and quiet and had everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. Grocery store and restaurants were a short drive away. Owners were great and shared some helpful hints about property and surrounding area. Pool/hot tub and beach were both very nice and in good condition. Check-in to the property was a breeze, the complex does have a security gate, but the in and out process was extremely quick and never an issue.

4 night girls get-away

Nice property close to good restaurants. Beach is nice and there weren't many people when we were there. Property manager/owner was great to deal with and the check in process was super smooth. This was a great home base for a 4 night girls get-away. Thank you Marcial!

Great location in the Florida Keys

The property is very quiet, with a fantastic pool and small but nice beach area. Somewhere we got the idea that kayaks and paddle boards were available at the resort, but they are not. They must be rented from a local company. The weather was perfect for our stay and we ventured to many area attractions, including the drive to Key West. We also rented a boat for one day, which allowed us to snorkel and relax at a sand bar in the ocean. The bar/restaurant on the property can't be relied upon, as it has very limited hours and small menu. 2 of the 5 days we stayed it wasn't open at all. Not the fault of the condo owner, just the way the resort operates the restaurant. Many other great restaurants are just a short drive from the property. Snook's was our favorite- for the food, atmosphere and the sunset.

Great stay

This unit had everything we needed. Very clean and beautiful appointed. Great communication with owner. The complex is also great and secure - pool, beach, tennis, and lovely landscaping. Close to great restaurants and shopping.

Very Nice Complex, if you have a boat this is the place to stay for sure. We do not have a boat but enjoyed all of the many other perks. Great Location, Gated community, Super Nice staff and Neighbors, pool, Beach, On site Bar and Snack Food, condo's a great set up all with a Small Balcony, several outside seating areas if you need more room.

Great Week in the Keys

Large clean unit in a nice complex in Tavenier. Short ride to grocery, pizza, seafood. We were able to fish, snorkel, sunset cruise, jet ski, enjoy the large pool and private beach. Owner was easy to work with and available if needed. Great week in the Keys!

We love the keys! Our stay at Ocean Pointe was wonderful. We all enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub. Our accommodations were very clean and very comfortable. It's a very beautiful and extremely well kept condo. It was well stocked with supplies also, which was very nice. I bought some laundry detergent and then found that there was already detergent in the unit. I did need to run a few loads of laundry for clean towels so it was very nice having the washer/dryer in the unit. There is only one thing I was a little disappointed about and that was the beach; however, I do know a sandy beach is hard to come by in the Keys! The beach here is lovely for sitting in the sun. There are plenty of lounge chairs and you can find shade, as well. The beach itself is very pretty. But it's rocky. Honestly, if you want to swim in the ocean here, you need water shoes. This was not a deal breaker for us though. The rest of the resort property more than made up for the rocky beach. There is a bar by the pool where kids can get frozen drinks or other small snacks and adults can enjoy a full bar. You are also able to bring your own beverages in. And although there was not a rule for it, I noticed all guests using only plastic by the pool and cans rather than bottles. There is a clubhouse with a bar by the beach (and I think food service but we did not use it).

Ocean Pointe is one of the finest vacation destinations in the Florida Keys. You are about an hour drive from Miami, and about 2 hours from Key West. This location sits on the Atlantic side and it only takes a few minutes to venture off into the Atlantic Ocean on your boat.

*(The rental of the unit does not include boat parking or a slip in the marina. A separate reservation, must be done with the association, which is subject to availability and an additional charge. The maximum length of any boat in the marina is 28 feet. If interested, you will need to pre-submit a reservation form and provide insurance for the vessel as required by the association and await approval by the association prior to bringing the boat onsite. If the association does not approve your request, you are not allowed to bring the vessel on the property or the marina.)

*(Please note that Ocean Pointe has a beautiful serene mangrove conservation area, which depending on the time of year may grow and affect the view from the unit. This protected mangrove area has many different birds, including Osprey nests that can be seen from the balcony. Many renters have seen from our unit the hatchlings in the nest).
