Great property in a great location

Our family of 11 with kids and grandkids had a great stay at this property! We found it to be clean and as pictured in the listing. It is located in a quiet neighborhood very near to Truist Park. We were in town for a couple of Braves games so it was perfect for us!

Family Graduation Get Away

Our family had a comfortable stay! The host was very welcoming and the home was the perfect distance from family. The house isn’t fancy, but it was just fine for what we needed. It had all the basic amenities and was a good place to relax and regroup. If you're looking for something low-key and casual, this is a solid option.

Braves Weekend!

Property located close to Braves Stadium and uber was easy to obtain. Lots of beds and comfy couches. We had 10 adults stay and the house was what we needed. Communication with owner was outstanding and all instructions were clear. I would recommend!

Amazing spot and will be back

Right off the bat everything was going to be smooth because there was instant communication from the property owner. He gave very explicit details of how everything worked and where everything was located. Upon entering the house, we noticed that it was incredibly clean and everything was prepared for our stay. Once we got settled in, we hit up the food spots that he recommended and boy was he right great places. He really knows the area well. My friends and my son love that there was games to play the TVs were set up and allowed us to make us feel right at home. Check out was incredibly easy and look forward to returning to the Atlanta area.

Amazing weekend getaway.

Had a trip planned for my 7 year old son and his 3 friends and their dads to come for the weekend and enjoy a Braves game. House was perfect for what we needed. Very clean and plenty of room for kids to play outside or inside. Host was very good about communicating and giving us tips on local places to go. It was a little far to walk to the stadium but a short ride there. Overall amazing experience and I would definitely come back!

Great Place to Stay During Atlanta Conference

10 of us (staff of a small school) stayed here while attending a conference in Atlanta. Large dining table and living room with lots of seating were perfect for gathering and discussing what had been learned during the day. Nice kitchen allowed us to make meals there and save some money (second oven in the basement was a helpful bonus). Lots of beds and 3 bathrooms made it comfortable to have so many people in the house. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful wooded lot with a lovely screened-in porch and outdoor seating areas. Close to grocery stores and restaurants and easy drive to Cumberland Mall and Renaissance Waverly Hotel. Torrey was very nice and easy to communicate with! Definitely recommend his house for staying the Smyrna area!

Baseball weekend

The property exceeded my expectations. We comfortably slept 8 people. It has nice, modern bathrooms. The dining room table was perfect for our fantasy baseball draft. The location is close to The Battery and the Braves stadium.

White Sox trip

Place is great. Torrey is great, communication was wonderful, he is on top of it. We do a white Sox trip every year and this place made it one of the best trips of the past 14 years

Close to Braves Stadium

Overall we were very happy with our stay in Smyrna! It would’ve been nice to know upon arrival that this residence was used as a main residence when re Rees are not there- there was a car parked in the car port that was unexpected but found out it was the owners car. It is very conveniently located to the Battery and Braves stadium & the Rev is a great coffee place right around the corner. We stayed on the main level the entire time and enjoyed the screened in porch. The bedrooms did get a little warm because there were no ceiling fans to help circulate the air at night but overall the home was clean and updated. Would definitely rent again if we come back for another game!

Great place, good location

My friends and I had a really good stay here. The house was large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably and was a short drive from the Battery. I would highly recommend this for a stay in the Atlanta area.

Great Experience!

Our crew of 9 enjoyed Torrey’s property for a weekend of Braves’ games. The property was clean and had plenty of room for our whole group. The screened in porch was a favorite hangout area. Convenient to Truist Park yet on a quiet street, and with lots of options for food around, staying here made for a relaxing weekend away. Torrey is a great host, very communicative, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing!

This property was perfect for my friends and I to stay the weekend. The home and tiny house are adorable with plenty of space for everyone. The owner was very welcoming and easy to get in touch with for questions. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe the whole time. I would definitely recommend this stay!!!

Come enjoy a lovely vintage home. Built over 70 years ago and accentuated with exciting renovations such as new flooring throughout, modernized kitchen/appliances/lighting, yet some of the original hardwoods and cabinetry respectfully reused as accent walls and open kitchen shelves! Lush, mature landscaping honored and upheld, with large old trees and shrubs across a broad greenspace.

The guest home has separate entrances for the upper ranch level (front door, and back door / sunroom) and the basement suite level (door beneath carport).

The upper level seats and beds up to 10 guests .. 8 beds (2 queens, 2 doubles, a twin daybed and a twin fold-up bed), AC, HDTVs, furnishings, kitchen, and dining table for 10.

The basement suite accommodates up to 4 guests .. 1 bed, 1 futon bed, AC, HDTV, furnishings, kitchen, and dining table for 4.

This collocation provides unique benefits of privacy when desired (such as for an in-law suite), and added safety since the basement stairs are inaccessible. Intermediate doors closed/locked for safety reasons due to unfinished basement areas between.
