Located in the heart of Westport, one of the city’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods, this listing combines two fully furnished units to create an elevated, one-of-a-kind experience for groups seeking comfort, style, and unbeatable location.

This is not an apartment complex—The Belvedere Flats are the only two residential units in the building, situated above a quiet commercial space (not accessible to guests). When booked together, guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire upper level and the private, fenced-in courtyard—a rare urban luxury!

The Space
Each unit is completely independent, with its own living room, full kitchen, and dining area, making it ideal for multi-family groups or travelers who want both shared and private spaces.

Unit One: 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms
Unit Two: 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom
(Please note: The units do not connect internally. Guests move between units via a shared exterior back entrance, pictured in the listing for reference.)

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.

*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require all guests to sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.

HOSTESS WITH THE MOSTEST

Cozy In KC thought of everything. The Belvedere Flats were clean and very well-appointed (i.e. charging stations where you would naturally go and look for them were already there!) with mid-century modern furnishings and beautiful artwork. The beds were soooo comfortable. The kitchen had all of the essentials - we never felt like we were lacking. Kristen and her team were VERY RESPONSIVE and even were able to quickly fix a small issue on Thanksgiving day. We stayed with family, enjoyed making Thanksgiving dinner at the Flats and then walked to see the Plaza lighting ceremony. 10/10 would stay again!
