Important house rules to ensure a great experience for all guests:

* Maximum stay: 21 nights.

* Not suitable for parties or events. No DJ equipment, decorations, confetti, glitter, or fireworks.

* Only registered guests allowed on the property.

* No smoking, vaping, or candles inside the home.


Required additional cleaning for longer stays:

For longer stays, 8 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning for bedrooms and bathrooms will be scheduled to help maintain the home’s quality.

All bedroom linens and bathrooms will be cleaned at an estimated completion time of 3 hours.

Each mid-stay cleaning is an additional $100 and will be added to all bookings that apply.

8 to 9 days = Cleaning at 4th day
10 to 11 days = Cleaning at 5th day
12 to 13 days = Cleaning at 6th day
13 to 14 days = Cleaning at 7th day
15 to 16 days = Cleaning at 7th day
17 to 18 days = Cleaning at 8th day
19 to 21 days = Cleaning at 8th day
