BEDROOMS: Master Bedroom: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed | Bedroom 4: 2 Twin beds . Sleeper sofa on lower level All beds come with fresh linens. Please note that bedroom closets are locked. There is ample dresser draw storage, hooks and racks supplied with hangers for your use as well as 2 hall closets. Also portable air conditioner is located in Master Bedroom.
BATHROOMS: 3 full bathrooms, one on each level. Equipped with fresh towels & basic toiletries. 1 with tub on upper level.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen, modern appliances, Keurig Duo coffee maker, ample counter space, 7 seat dining table
LIVING SPACE: 2 furnished living rooms, 1 large screened-in porch with dining table, 1 -flat screen TV, gas fireplace, card/ game table
LAUNDRY: There is a dedicated laundry room with washer/dryer, ironing board, laundry detergent
PARKING: 2 designated parking spaces located directly in front of the unit. Additional shared guest parking spaces available.
CHECK-IN: There is a keypad entry so guests can easily let themselves in/out.

Other things to note
PARKING-Please use ONLY the numbered/designated parking space assigned to the unit you are renting. If you have additional vehicles, you my use spaces labeled "visitor" or park in our overflow lot if available.
NO Smoking or Vaping allowed inside condo or screened porch
VEHICLES- In accordance with the Pine Hill II declaration/bylaws, commercial vehicles , campers, motor homes, trailers are not permitted anywhere on the PINE Hill II property.
PETS- Renters are not allowed to have pets on the premises.
TRASH- All trash should be placed in and secured in the trash containers located on the entry porch of your rental.
PORCHES AND DECKS: in Accordance with the Pine Hill II declaration/Bylaws, do NOT hang towels, clothing, banners, signs, etc. from deck or porch railings or windows.
GRILLS- Renters are prohibited from using their own grills , grilling devises, charcoal grills , or fire pits of any kind.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE TOWNHOUSE OR ON SCREENED PORCH.
There are strict limits on noise levels between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Ordinances will be enforced by any law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over the short-term rental property.
