Striking modern decor and bold colors characterize your 3BR/3BA Palm Springs vacation home. Highlights include a private pool and hot tub (which can be accessed from all three bedrooms), a fireplace, and views of the desert mountains.

Enjoy a prime central location, fully private (front/backyard) in an upscale neighborhood, just a short distance from downtown Palm Springs!

ABOUT THE HOUSE

Beamed ceilings, polished concrete floors, and an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area create a modern space for effortless entertaining. The eye-catching living room has a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, and an extensive book collection.

Patio doors provide pleasant breezes, ample natural light, and views of the stunning pool and patio.

The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, an island prep area with sink, and a glass-top bar for two.

The appealing and open feel continues in the three bedrooms -- each with sliding doors to the outside. The master has a king-size bed and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a large tiled shower, a unique glass wall, and direct access to the pool.

The second suite has a plush king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, lots of natural light, and access to the front patio with a bistro table for two. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom has a queen-size Murphy bed and glass doors leading to the pool and patio.

The backyard pool and patio are sure to be your favorite parts of the house. Tall hedges create privacy without blocking the mountain views. Colorful lounge chairs surround the pool and hot tub, and a state-of-the-art gas grill is on hand for afternoon cookouts.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer dryer. Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway. The outdoor shower is exhilarating.

Great location and fantastic house

This house is close to downtown Palm Sorings, lots to do. The house has a great layout, easy to spend time together and the pool and spa are wonderful!! We had a great vacation!

Great spot, very helpful owner

Three of us rented this home over the Memorial Day weekend, and we couldnā€™t have been happier with it. It is very nicely appointed with hip decor, with three spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and well-equipped kitchen and a great pool and spa in the backyard. Ed, the owner, was very helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our trip. The house was nice and very clean, the backyard with pool and hot tub were great. Really enjoyed the mountain views. Host was responsive and helpful. Couldn't recommend it enough.

My friends and I were pleasantly surprised how beautiful this home is. The decor, cleanliness, and backyard with plenty of lounge chairs, pool and large jacuzzi. We had a fantastic time and will book this same place if and when we can make it back there!

Nice home to enjoy Palm Springs

The house has a fun decoration motif and is designed to be able to enjoy the pool/patio space easily, so easy interaction between those enjoying the indoor space and those enjoying the outdoor space. We had a great week in PS spending most of our time relaxing here at this property.

Fantastic home in a great location!

We had an amazing time at this house, The host was incredible. Helped us with several things while we were there. The house has everything you need and want. Firepit/fireplace/pool/hot tub/well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. We will definitely be back!

One of my all time favorite stays! This lovely and well-appointed home had so much to make a memorable Palm Springs tripā€”from the hot tub & heated pool, to eye-catching artwork and decor, to polished stone showers with multiple shower heads. My friends and I were very pleased with this property. The rental was in a great location (very close to the cycling event). This house is a treasure

We just finished a month long stay at this charming property and really canā€™t recommend it enough. The quiet and secluded backyard, the location in Movie Colony, the beautifully finished interior and well equipped kitchen all standouts. The owner is a thoughtful and kind person and really cares about the guests in his property. He was generous in offering a warm pool and excellent jacuzzi even in the cold of winter and supplied bicycles which we rode every day. The pool and garden are meticulously maintained. We expect to return for another extended stay next year.

Desert Get Away

The property has been tastefully upgraded while still retaining the cool mid century modern desert vibe. The backyard is private and comfortable with loungers and a dining table and the pool is perfection after a day of oasis hiking, exploring JT, and/or just relaxing with a book and floating. The bedrooms and en-suite baths are nicely sized and upgraded. Communication with the host, Ed, was great; he also met us at the house for check-in to show us around, etc., and had even provided muffins for the next morning. Our Palm Springs retro getaway

We vacationed in Palm Springs for two weeks and were transported back to the early ā€˜60s. That seems to be Palm Springsā€™ calling card and for our time machine visit, we lucked into a Vrbo home that had it all. The owner, Ed, met us at the door, when we arrived, and we kept in touch a couple of times during our visit, mostly to check with him on whether our guesses of the subjects of the artwork in the house were right. We had our Ann-Margret, Elton John and the Rat Pack. Iā€™ll leave it at those because I donā€™t wanna ruin it for others who have the fortune to stay in the house. The bonus, which, for us turned into almost a daily obsession, was the pool-hot tub combo that was at our disposal for no extra charge. Our son visited for a few days. He fell for the place too, and was bummed that he had to go home before we played out our run. My wifeā€™s a daily walker, and the downtown strip was an ideal distance for the first leg of her 10,000-step regimen. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were firm and comfortable, the one of three tvs we used were user-friendly and had whatever stations we wanted, and the water pressure in the showers was strong. We ask ourselves what more could we want. The answer that comes to mind is nothing, thank you. So finally, thanks, Ed, for offering the house and for treating us as welcome guests.
