THE AREA
You will be steps from both Smith St and Court St with many fabulous shops, restaurants, and cafes. We are 15 minutes by subway from Manhattan, and a few minutes walk to several lovely parks. Bordering neighborhoods include Cobble Hill, Brooklyn Heights, Park Slope, Red Hook, and Boerum Hill.

The F/G subway trains serve the neighborhood. The nearest stop is Carroll Street Station which is a 3 minute walk away.

Street parking is free, but you will need to move your car once per week to accommodate street cleaning.

THE SPACE
The guest suite features a bright bedroom with a very comfortable queen size bed and closet space. There is a smaller bedroom across the hall with a twin bed and access to the back yard.

The kitchen has a variety of dishes and cooking tools including a dishwasher. There is a TV with several streaming services in the living room, and there is a washer/dryer unit in the bathroom.
