You will have the property to yourself and have access to all of it's amenities.

This property offers contactless checkin and checkout using smart locks and a Ring Doorbell. I am local and available to assist as needed, but will not be present at the property.

The house is located in a quite family neighborhood. Multiple restaurants are available within a mile of the house. The south loop is less than 2 miles from the residence and Texas Tech is just 5 1/2 miles away. You can access any spot in Lubbock in less than 15 minutes from the house. This is a great location!

This home was remodeled and decorated by SR Design to provide the perfect amenities so that your stay will be amazing! Each bedroom features clean and comfortable beds with 5 star linens along with a large smart tv.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances as well as all of the necessary kitchenware to serve you and your guest. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are open making for a spacious and comfortable area to relax and entertain.

Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries and feature a West Texas favorite, Tecolote Handmade Soaps.

You will experience the fastest internet available making it easy to stay up to date with work projects or stream your favorite shows. A desk is located in a private office and near one of the WiFi hotspots providing you with a comfortable spot to work remotely.

Each TV is equipped with Hulu Live which provides guest with over 100 live cable channels so that you won't miss the big game or your favorite show.

There's room for 2 vehicles to park in the garage and room for 2 more in the driveway.
