The photos you provided showed some minor dust in high areas (e.g., above the refrigerator), which are not part of daily use, but there was no clear evidence of the cabin being in an unclean or "grimy" state as claimed. Regarding the critter incident, I take such concerns very seriously. We have a regular pest control service in place and, to ensure thoroughness, I asked my property manager, pest control service, and a wildlife professional to inspect the property and set up traps. After a thorough investigation, they found no evidence of any critters or wildlife presence in the cabin. While this process cost me a significant amount, I wanted to leave no doubts about the property's condition.
