This beautiful pool house has it all to give you the recharge you need!

The home offers pool volleyball & overlooks a peaceful pond. The Lake Apopka bike trail runs right behind the home for you to enjoy the Minneola Trailhead park and the big Clermont chain of lakes.

The jacuzzi provides jets with bubbles for free, however if desired, heating the spa is $25 per day to compensate for gas usage.

All tv’s have Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Disney. You must log in to your own account. We do not have cable.

Firepit- Although there is sometimes leftover wood or a pallet in the fire pit to burn, that is not always the case. If not, please bring your own wood/fire starter supplies. Publix is about 3 min away to stock up if needed.
The backyard is not fenced so please keep dogs on a leash when outside of pool area.
We have routine quarterly pest control services. That being said, Florida is notorious for small bugs and critters to find their way in doors. While it’s not common, it is something that can happen from time to time.

This end of the cul-de-sac 3 bedroom 2 bath home has a nice open floor plan with COMFY beds of various sizes including a king, a queen, 2 twin beds, a crib, and a pack n play. The king bedroom has a Beautyrest black hybrid mattress and a great pool view,the queen bedroom has a TV projector to stream shows & movies, and the kids room has lots of books and some toys/puzzles to keep your little ones entertained. The kitchen is fully stocked to assist your cooking needs and the entire house can be baby proofed if needed. The whole house is on a water softener/filtration system so the water quality is the best in town! There is a washer/dryer with laundry soap & basic toiletries provided to enhance your stay. You can bring your boat and park in the driveway and put it on the Clermont chain-5 min away.

This home is close to major highways, yet has a rural feel with the thick green foliage behind the home and the hill/pond view from the back yard.

We are about 35 minutes from Walt Disney World and other major attractions. We are also a pet friendly home!

The garage is not accessible.

The home was very welcoming, clean, and comfortable. It is in a great location, next to a park. There is a biking and walking trail behind the house. The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable.

We did not have a pet but saw where this home is pet friendly. The home was beautifully landscaped and decorated on the end of a cul-de-sac. Plenty of parking, fantastic set up for family entertainment and extremely clean. The host was very responsive and welcoming! I hope to return!

Great stay and great bike rides!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as listed and exceeded our expectations. We enjoy riding bikes and found the Southlake and West Orange Trails to be a great ride. Adrea was very responsive and an excellent host. Thanks so much!

Wonderful home close to the NTC

Stayed here for a Water Polo tournament and it worked out perfect. Space for everyone and the trail behind the house gave another opportunity to explore. Host waas very responsive and helpful.

Lovely pool house

My family had a wonderful time staying at Adrea’s pool home. Checkin process was a breeze - we received our unique code from the host via the Vrbo app well in advance. The home was very clean and cool. Considering Florida heat in mid June, this is saying a lot. Solid Wi-Fi connection. Beds were comfortable. My son especially enjoyed the projector in his room. There were also a lot of nice little touches if you have an infant. The pool was very clean with plenty of games and a volleyball net. In the evenings we loved the interior pool lights as well as hanging string lights above. Very chill atmosphere. Same with the connected hot tub which was easy to use and heated within minutes. Highly recommend!

Magical

When we arrived, we tiptoed in, with a sense of wonder! It is a wonderfully appointed home that was perfectly clean. Loved every inch of the house and every minute we stayed. The kitchen alone was amazingly outfitted. The pool area and grounds were a delight. We felt like the back yard with the fire pit was like a Secret Garden. Hated to leave! Ready to go back!

Perfect House!

Our second year staying here and we will be back next year again! Comfortable accommodations with plenty of room for our family to spread out. The pool and hot tub are fantastic! Close to everything. Highly recommend!

Awesome Stay

The property managers were not only communicative and courteous, but they know exactly how to set up a home for a good time! Family and kid friendly, right in the middle of an absolutely beautiful area. Would 100% recommend this home to anyone stay in or around the surrounding area.

We are already talking about coming back!

This was a fantastic stay, the house was exactly as portrayed with the exception of the location of the house is better than listed. There is a walking trail behind the house that takes you directly to the park if you like a nice hike and so many conveniences nearby - grocery stores, clothing, restaurants. The quietness of the house feels very remote, but is so close to everything! It felt like all needs we're anticipated and we weren't looking for anything within the house. The pool and hot tub were lovely and we were able to enjoy the fire pit and backyard games. The owners were also very easy to reach. Thank you Adrea and Justin!!

#1 House

We have rented homes in Davenport and Clermont for the past 15+ years. This house tops them all, and we've had some beautiful houses. But Adrea and Justin have made this house feel like home. It was spotless. They were very accommodating and close by to contact at a minute's notice. The location was perfect and we loved the backyard fire pit. Highly recommend this home and will definitely book for our annual family trip next year. Thank you.

Amazing place

Rented this property for the weekend and it was perfect. It had everything we needed and things we didn't know we needed! Extra tooth brush, floss and a bottle of wine just to name a few. Very clean and close to everything. Back yard was packed full of activities; swimming, bags, fire pit, dart board etc. Would stay there for sure again!

Best Hosts Ever!

The house is beautiful and the pool/hot tub is an added plus. Excellent location for traveling to the East Coast and Orlando. Our gracious hosts respond quickly to questions. Definitely recommend and would stay here again. Adrea and Justin have made this VRBO a home away from home.

If you have small kids, this place is for you!

Wow! This vacation home was everything we needed for a trip with small kids! We had a 4 year old and a 1 year old and they had everything to keep kids entertained including pool toys and safety floats, books, toys, crib, baby monitor, even a changing table! Absolutely amazing! We had issues with the fire stick and Adrea answered immediately. They also have a washer and dryer which came in handy for the young kids. I would say that this location is 35 minutes from Disney and in a residential area. Also, hot tub was used every day.. that was an additional cost to warm the hot tub of $25 a day, which we found worth it! We even hosted our small family Super Bowl party. Overall great place.

Our stay was just magnificent. Lots of room to spread out and the pool was a huge hit with the grandson! We grilled out and even used the firepit! Walked to the park and enjoyed that everything was close by. It was very difficult to transition to a boring hotel after our stay here ( to be closer to Orlando Airport for our departure). We will definitely stay at this wonderful house again in the future!

The perfect place!

We’d like to leave a 5 star review of your home. It is absolutely beautiful, up to date, spacious, clean, and exactly what we were looking for for our family over the Thanksgiving holiday. Thank you for heating the pool and sp for us. We made such fond memories staying there. Close to all amenities and the skate and dog park are right next door!! We’d love to rent your place again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This home has a crystal-clear sparkling pool with jacuzzi for you to relax under the Florida sun with a pond view. Are you competitive? Enjoy some backyard games like a game of pool volleyball, cornhole, or ax throwing. Not wanting to play but want to watch? We have plenty of seating out back around the firepit or covered patio. This home is situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac and located within steps to a nice park with a playground, outdoor gym, dog park, skatepark, and open field. We also have a paved bike trail right behind out house perfect to bike, walk, or run over to the huge Lake Minneola.
