The lounge area features comfortable sofas, one of which folds out to a double bed. An entertainment centre housing a large screen SMART 3D TV with cable as well as internet access. Blue ray DVD player, music centre, an expanding DVD library of movies, Playstation 3, a selection of books and some family games & puzzles.

If you want to search for local attractions, maps, park times, restaurants or to email home and stay in touch, you will have [FREE] Unlimited use of the High Speed Broadband Internet installed in the house. There is wireless access so you can surf from anywhere in the house, including by the pool! A laptop is available for use on request or you could take your own laptop. [But remember…you are ON HOLIDAY so leave the work AT HOME!!]

Use of telephone with free local and national calls and free international landline calls to Canada and the UK!!

Private 30ft sun drenched screened pool and spa with shaded lanai area. Bushes are planted either side of the pool to afford privacy and the outlook is onto a conservation area so you can swim or relax in the spa in total comfort and privacy. Outside lighting allows you to swim in the evenings and relax outside by the pool. Loungers, poolside tables & chairs for al fresco dining are provided to allow you to you’re your breakfast in the sun, relax after a long day at the parks, shopping or just to have a day relaxing by the pool with a long cool drink by your side! A removable child’s security fence screens off the pool when not in use so you can let the little ones play, safe in the knowledge they cannot fall into the pool.

Well equipped games room with a pool table, Foosball, Darts, table tennis. All for the kids to enjoy, or to use as I do, playing with friends over a few beers or frozen margaritas!!

5 well decorated and comfortable bedrooms - Sleeps 10 in complete comfort and features two spacious master bedroom suites with California King sized beds, plus three twin bedrooms. The sofa in the family rooms pulls out to allow another 2 people to sleep in comfort if required.

A large walk in dressing room which will store your empty suitcases ready to take home full of goodies!! * Three twin bedded rooms. Two with cabled TV and the third with TV and DVD (so you can manage what the little ones watch!). One is set up as a Princess room with Princess toys and plenty of dressing up clothes. Another is a Pirates room with swords on the wall and Davy Jones locker!!.

Fully equipped kitchen with, frankly, everything you could need! Large fridge freezer with ice maker and filtered ice water, cooker / stove, huge microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, cutlery, kettle, crockery, glassware, kitchen utensils, full size dishwasher, waste disposal, tea towels. The list is endless.

If you wish to BBQ, a coal fired BBQ is available on request which must be left clean at the end of your stay or a deduction on your deposit will be taken for cleaning.

Automatic washer, tumble dryer, steam iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, brooms and mops are all there for you to use if needed.

A travel cot with a baby bassinet and mobile, highchair, bottle steriliser and two buggy’s are also there for you should you require them.

Use my home as a base to fulfill your dreams and more! The magical fun and excitement of Disney is just 10 - 20 (dependant on time of day)minutes away. There's even a shortcut off the 192 which takes you right through the Disney property. If that's not enough, SeaWorld, Universal Studios and the water parks are a short drive away. Busch Gardens in Tampa is only 75 minutes away on an easy route.

If you have shoppers in your group, the outlet stores and huge shopping malls are close by.

Silver Creek

Located on Silver Creek, a well-maintained, spacious and peaceful estate with wide, open roads, well maintained landscaping. My home is a well maintained, air conditioned, executive 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, sleeping up to 12 people. It will provide you with everything you need during your stay. The Master bedroom even has a shower with seats in it should you feel tired after a day in the parks!

Local Attractions & Shopping

All the major attractions are close by. WDW's The Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs and Boardwalk. The water parks Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach. Sea World, Discovery Cove, the new Seaworld water park, Universal Studios & Universal's Islands Of Adventure are also a short drive away.

City Walk is a great place to eat and drink at any time of the day and has a great cinema complex. At night, there are several clubs where you can dance the night away.

There is a huge 24hr Walmart superstore close to the villa (2 mins drive); a Publix store, Aldi and Target. Should you wish to walk, there are shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Approximately 2 mins away on Highway 192, you'll also find a some smaller attractions, shops, supermarkets along with a large range of restaurants and diners such as Mannys Chophouse, Chilli's, Outback, CrackerBarrel, Olive Garden, Denny's, Golden Corral, Bahama Breeze, On the Border to name but a few.

Margaritaville Resort has opened on the 192 incorporating shops and a water park, restaurants etc. 5 mins away!
