"Storchennest" vacation apartment - relaxation for nature lovers

Vacation rental with a terrace and garden view in a quiet location in the beautiful Schaumburg region.<br>From our vacation rental, the Mittelland Canal is just a short walk through the woods away.<br>In the surrounding area, the Steinhuder Meer Nature Park invites you to enjoy long bike rides on the bicycles we provide.<br>The Schaumburg region offers numerous destinations just waiting to be explored.<br><br>Please note that, due to a neighboring new development, construction noise may unfortunately occur at times, meaning you may not always be able to sit undisturbed on the terrace during the day (7 a.m.–4 p.m.).<br><br>We live right next door and are available almost anytime to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. We look forward to welcoming you in person.<br><br>The Accommodation:<br>The vacation rental is a granny flat in a single-family home, which we live in ourselves with our two retrievers.<br>It was recently completely renovated and is bright, welcoming, and comfortably furnished.<br>A variety of books and board games, as well as extensive information about the region, are available for you.<br>In addition to the double bed in the bedroom, there are two single beds in the living room (see pictures).<br><br>The kitchen is generously equipped, so you should have everything you need: refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.<br><br>If you need a travel crib (120x60) or a high chair, we’d be happy to provide one for you.<br><br>If you’re traveling with a dog:<br>We’re aware that not all dogs get along with each other. That’s why we make sure our two retrievers don’t roam freely and have no contact with our guests’ dogs.<br>We’ll gladly provide dog bowls, a dog bed, and poop bags upon request.
