This location is ideal for skiers of all abilities, offering both easy access and effortless return routes.

And the adventure doesn’t stop when the snow melts, Big Sky Resort offers a wide range of activities year-round, from scenic lift rides and guided snowshoe tours to hiking and mountain biking right from your door. Multiple trailheads are within a five-minute walk from the garage, and you can pedal straight from the property, just a quick two-minute ride to the lift that will take you and your bike to the top for world-class downhill trails. In summer, explore horseback riding just 20 minutes away, or head to Town Center, only 10 minutes by car, for weekly Farmers Markets, Music in the Mountains concerts, and annual events like PBR and the Wildlands Festival.

Home Layout and Details
This beautifully designed Beaverhead condo offers a spacious single-level layout that combines open-concept living with private, restful bedrooms, ideal for families or groups seeking both comfort and convenience.

Step inside to an inviting foyer that opens into a bright and welcoming kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a large island with bar seating, perfect for preparing meals or gathering for après-ski cocktails. The dining area seats eight comfortably, while the living room offers cozy seating, a stone gas fireplace, and access to a private deck with outdoor seating and views of the slopes. The sofa in the living room converts to a sleeper, allowing the condo to accommodate up to 11 guests in total.

The primary suite provides a relaxing retreat with a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom also features a king bed, TV, and its own private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, ensuring every guest enjoys space and privacy. The third bedroom includes two bunk beds, a twin-over-twin and a twin-over-full, making it a perfect space for kids or additional guests.

A dedicated laundry room and heated garage add convenience for longer stays, while direct ski access just outside the building makes getting on the slopes as easy as stepping out the door. Guests also enjoy access to a community fitness room on the ground floor, equipped with a variety of exercise equipment.

We’re proud to be a locally owned and operated property management company, which means we’re nearby and happy to help with anything you need before, during, or after your stay, whether it’s assistance with the home or recommendations for dining and activities in Big Sky.

Please note, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, and pets are not allowed unless prior authorization is granted by Two Pines Properties.

This home does not have air conditioning. Like most homes in Big Sky, it stays comfortable in summer thanks to the cool mountain climate. For a true Montana experience, open the windows at night to let in the crisp mountain air, then close them and draw the blinds in the morning to help keep the home naturally cool throughout the day.

Travel Tip: We highly recommend a vehicle during your stay to make exploring Big Sky simple and convenient. During the winter months, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly advised, as snow and mountain conditions can change quickly.

Parking
Heated garage parking for two standard-size vehicles, plus one additional space directly in front of the garage. Snow removal service is provided for your convenience throughout the winter season.

Fresh linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Starter-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Starter supplies also include paper towels (2 rolls), kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, foil, cling wrap, Ziploc bags, coffee filters (coffee not supplied), toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), Kleenex (1 box per bathroom), laundry detergent pods, dryer sheets, and cleaning solution.

Entertainment and Tech:
High-speed fiber Wi-Fi, 65” Sony Smart TV with Apple TV, gas fireplace in the living room, and TVs in all bedrooms.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with new Bosch stainless steel appliances, French door refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, gas range, dishwasher, and microwave.

Comfort and Extras:
Gas grill on the private deck, blackout blinds, central heat with humidifier, ceiling fans, keyless entry, vacuum, and hair dryers in each bathroom. Guests also have access to the community fitness room on the ground floor.

Big Sky Condo

Very good condo in good location with a couple of flaws. We paid top dollar for what was promoted as ski in/ski out. It was not in fact a ski out, but required about a ten minute uphill hike with equipment and toddler (but yes you could ski back). This was misleading. Other flaw is shower and tub design in master bedroom was proverbial accident waiting to happen. There was an exterior step up to then step down to tub lower than floor level without a grab bar. It was treacherous and could only be navigated by sitting on tub edge in tight space and pivoting.

Perfect stay!

We loved the apartment, location, and management company! The stove had some problems but they made it right very quickly and were very gracious about it! I would recommend every time!

Good place & location to ski slopes

Overall, the property was good. Location was very close to the ski slopes (only ski in / ski out when there is plenty of snow). Place was clean, and I like not having to worry about keys given it was all coded entry. Some minor annoyances like no kitchen sponge or towels, but everything else was stocked amenities wise. I'd stay here again.

Great location, great communication, challenges with follow through

Big Sky Resort is skiing that is as good as you can get across the United States. The week we were there did not disappoint, and the mountain really lived up to its reputation. As for the rental we will give the following rating of a 3 out of 5 stars due to several issues that arose. This may have just been bad luck on our part, and we worked hard to not let it impact our overall experience. First Location: 5 out of 5 the unit is a true ski-in/walk out unit. The walk out is only a couple of hundred yards, but it is uphill and if you are not accustomed to the elevation carrying gear makes it a bit difficult, but it really is a great location only a few minutes’ walk to mountain village and probably a 2-minute walk to the slopes. Layout: 5 out of 5 stars. We had 8 people which was the perfect size for this unit 4 kids, 4 adults. The rooms were well appointed and good size, the main living area is open which was nice. Management company: Responsiveness and communication 5 out of 5, ability to fix things or make changes to issues 1 out of 5. They were great to talk to leading up to the trip and had great communication tools available to us in the unit about the area. Unit Condition: 1 out of 5 stars. This is where we had issues. The most impactful issue we had was after our first day of skiing as people tried to shower, we could not get more than three very brief staggered showers of hot water. We checked on things with the hot water heater and there was about 1.5 inches of rusty water at the base of the hot water heater drip pan. The management company sent someone out in the morning to look at it and they said, “sorry but it will be a few weeks”. We then had to ration off when we showered. This was uncomfortable after long days of skiing in some cold temperatures to not have a warm shower to come back to. Other less impactful issues to follow, Upon arrival we could not enter the garage using the code we were given. We texted the management company and they shared they would send someone in the morning to look at the opener They gave us the code to the interior door to the garage which they initially did not provide. Nobody came during our stay to fix the garage opener. The cooktop stove only one burner would light be using the knob. Three of the other burners needed to be lighted by torch. The oven door didn’t close, I did contact the management company about this and the response I received was that they left us a toaster oven .
