This sophisticated custom 4200 square foot mountain village retreat is located on three acres with a beautifully landscaped garden - perfect for family games on the long paved driveway or backyard grass. The home is just minutes away from skiing - across the street from the entrance to Big Sky Resort, within a private gated community and nature preserve called Summit View. Full of high quality finishes, the home is also located minutes from the Beehive Basin trailhead and just a few miles from the fabulous shopping and dining options in Big Sky Town Center. When your day of adventure is done, sit back on the sun-filled sweeping deck, and take in the gorgeous mountain views surrounded by wildlife and evergreens.

Deluxe and beautifully appointed , professionally decorated - with two master suites and two bunk rooms. Integrated Sonos speakers, Direct TV and recently upgraded Starlink wireless internet throughout.
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, DVD, gas fireplace, desk area with printer, ensuite master bath with upright shower and soaking tub, double sinks, walk in closet.
Bedroom 2: King bed, TV, ensuite bath with upright shower and double sinks
Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed, two sets of queen bunk beds, ensuite bath with upright shower and double sinks
Bedroom 4: 1 full bed, 1 set of queen bunk beds, 1 set of twin bunk beds, detached bathroom with upright shower and double sinks
Living Room: wood burning fireplace, powder room, foyer,
Dining Room: Seating for 8-10, dining linens and serveware for up to 16

Can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was perfect for our two families, with two bunk rooms, a stocked and immaculate kitchen, and easy mountain access. We loved the closet full of puzzles/games, and the incredible views. Looking forward to coming again.

Beautiful home, terrific views, set up perfect for a family.

We had 5 adults and 3 teenagers and the upstairs downstairs was just perfect for the family mix. The home is beautiful, and the views and outdoor setting are spectacular. The only 2 critical comments are the oven and stove were filthy............we spent a good 45 minutes cleaning them & the bar-b-que was also very dirty. In summary our time there was very good.

Just Wonderful

Everything people have written about this property is true. It is outstanding! Most amazing views and a truly beautiful home. Lots of room for seven adults and 2 children.. The mud room was used daily with enough space all the ski paraphernalia as well as a boot dryer! We cooked in most nights.. and there was adequate kitchen equipment. Can not say enough about our stay here. Wonderful!

Big Sky

This house was amazing-everything is even more beautiful in person! Perfect layout for two families. The house was completely stocked with kitchen items, paper towels, shampoos, etc…which was so nice. I highly recommend this house for a ski trip to Big Sky-so easy to drive and park at the base and the most beautiful views!

Outstanding vacation home

We cannot say enough about how amazing this property is. The owners were fantastic to work with and extremely responsive when we had a question. The house is beyond well equipped with anything you could need to make your stay feel like home. There are so many comfortable spaces to spend time but the deck, outdoor fireplace and hot tub on a beautiful September week were our favorites. This was our first trip to Montana and we will definitely be back and would rent this property again without hesitation. Also highly recommend Roxy’s market, Summit ATV rentals, The Rocks tasting room and the Corral steakhouse .

Great week in Big Sky

Our family of 7 (plus two babies) had the best time at this rental. Our biggest priority for rentals is having a place for us to all gather and hang out and this rental checked that box and then some! The rental was well stocked with everything we possibly needed (paper towels, cleaning supplies, the plethora of soft and large towels, toilet paper, tissues, spices, pots and pans, etc). The property managers went above and beyond when we asked if they had port a cribs - they didn’t at the time we asked but they bought two and had them at the house by the time we arrived. Things that really stuck out in a positive way: the view, downstairs AND upstairs washer and dryer, the Sonos sound system, the outdoor patio and grill, the hot tub, the comfortable mattresses in every room, the surplus of supplies and lastly, the responsiveness of the property manager. Our only negative was that the two downstairs bathrooms were a little outdated in comparison to the upstairs but they got the job done! We loved this house and spent so much time in it together, we will definitely be booking again!

Multiple families ski trip

Great property for our ski trip. Only minutes from Big Sky base or Madison base areas. We had 2 families (10 of us total) and had plenty of room. Hot tub was used after each day of skiing. Kitchen was well stocked with enough cookware and settings. Enjoyed the fireplace too! Thank you.

Outstanding home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view of the mountains. Everything we needed for cooking was readily available and the home was well stocked with necessities. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck in the sun/stars, family games at the large dining table and the hot tub. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Convenient location just a few minutes from Big Sky resort base. We would love to return in the winter to ski, but it was a great home for a summer stay, too. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great house convenient to Big Sky resort.

Great house. Plenty of room, nice furniture and furnishings. We appreciated the stocked kitchen with most of the things we needed to cook for the week. Great hot tub. Great view of mountain. No complaints.

Private and luxurious

This is a great place for 1 or 2 large families. It is a 5 minute drive to the mountain and has an absolutely beautiful view of Big Sky from nearly every room. The house is very private as well. You can see another set of houses about a mile away but besides that all trees and snow. The owners are very responsive. We had a few minor issues with the internet due to snow and each time I reached out I heard from the owners within 5 minutes. We will definitely stay there again.

50th Anniversary Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our group: everyone had their own bedroom/bath on opposite sides of the house (lower & upper levels). Kids & teens enjoyed the lower level living area and adults enjoyed the upper living & kitchen area. LOTS of space, great towels & sheets, kitchen& bath accessories provided. The location & views were amazing!! Loved it!!

We just returned from a great five night stay at the Summit View property. The property was the perfect size for our group (two families - five adults and four teens) a 5 - 15 minute drive to ski lifts, groceries and shopping, has fantastic views of the mountain, a well appointed kitchen and was very clean. For those of us that skied, the boot dryer was appreciated. The deck fireplace near the grill was the perfect spot to have a beer or two. Unbelievably, the teenagers put away their devices and took advantage of the well stocked game closet and played board games most evenings at the dining room table. Overall, we all thoroughly enjoyed the house and look forward to coming back.

Attention to detail is not up to the cost and caliber of the property

Pros -Excellent location a few minutes from Big Sky resort -Spectacular view -A lot of well-configured space -Two large Master Bedrooms on top floor with good layouts. Cons -Overall, the attention to detail was not up to the cost and caliber of this property. -Bed skirt on one bed was badly stained when we arrived -The Wi-Fi equipment was located in a closet that was far too hot for electronics and was not well ventilated. We reset the modem multiple times, but the Wi-Fi would only work for a few minutes at a time. -The directions for accessing the property were not adequate. The driveway is unmarked, very steep and very long. We missed the driveway and ended up in a dangerous situation stuck on a very icy hill late at night. -The method for accessing the property was not adequate. We were supposed to use a keypad outside of the garage. Sometimes this keypad would work and sometimes it wouldn't. There was also a key box with a physical key, but we could not access this key. Members of our group ended up getting locked out of the house a few times. The Owner needs to improve this system for access. -The bathroom fan in one of the upstairs bedrooms is out of balance and vibrates incredibly loudly. This fan should be replaced. -The Owner requires the guests to roll the garbage cans up a very long, very steep driveway that had treacherous ice patches on it during our stay, and to return the cans to the garage. The Owner states that if the guests do not do this before trash day, they will be fined. Someone could very easily slip and get injured attempting to do this. For a property of this cost and caliber, the Owner should have their property manager roll the cans up the driveway and return them on trash day. If it were just a matter of rolling the cans a reasonable distance across a flat driveway, this would be acceptable. This is a VERY steep VERY long and potentially VERY icy and dangerous driveway. This is totally unreasonable. -The downstairs bedrooms were very musty to the point that it was not pleasant to stay in those rooms. The carpets and bed linens in the downstairs bedrooms need a serious cleaning.

BAD SERVICE

WE WERE CHARGE EXTRA MONEY BECAUSE WE DIDN'T HAUL THE GARBAGE TRASH CAN 0.4 MILES IN DISTANCE UP THE HILL WITH 6" OF SNOW ON THE GROUND. WE WERE ALSO ACCUSED OF BREAKING A LIGHT IN A GARAGE THAT NEVER HAPPENED AND ACCUSED OF LOOSING THE KEY WHEN IT WAS ON THE KITCHEN COUNTER TOP THE ENTIRE TIME. VERY BAD AFTER EXPERIENCE OF THEM TRYING TO CHARGE US ANY WAY THEY CAN.

This home offers proximity to skiing (5 minutes to the mountain), but enough privacy that you can sit on the deck or in the hot tub and feel like you are in the middle of the woods. The home is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate two families, and maybe one additional couple (or in laws). The two living spaces allow kids to have their own play area during gatherings. And the grounds are private and beautiful - sledding in the winter, lawn games and firepit s'mores in the summer.
