Tranquil Cabin in the Smoky Mountains Hot Tub and Nearby Attractions

The cabin had been vacant for a few weeks prior to your arrival, which likely contributed to the odor and the water level being lower than normal. That’s certainly not the experience we want our guests to have, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’ve addressed it to ensure everything is fresh and ready for future guests. Thank you for your feedback. We take all guest comments seriously and are always working to improve the guest experience. That said, we want to clarify a few points for future guests. We have hosted many guests at our cabin and have not received similar complaints regarding utensils, linens, towels, or the Keurig. These items are regularly checked and I will look into the complaints and address any issues as necessary. Unfortunately, during this stay the cabin was left in poor condition, including damage to the grill, which had to be completely replaced after it was destroyed. We strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped cabin and appreciate the many positive reviews from guests who have enjoyed their time with us. We encourage future guests to reach out during their stay so we can resolve any issues that may arise.
