The Lana is a beautiful and spacious house ready to accommodate a gathering of families, friends or other groups. This large spacing house will offer all the comforts needed for our guests.

* Stays over 28 days require prior approval. Guests must send an inquiry before booking any reservation longer than 28 days.

Yes, we do have a pet fee of $150 per stay. We allow up to 2 pets per reservation.
Please bring your pet outside for potty, and pick up the waste afterwards.

There is an extra guest fee for party of more than 6 persons, all guests and visitors need to be registered. If there is any unauthorized guests that are not on the original reservation, there will be a $500 fine, and your reservation will be canceled without a refund. Please respect this rule and our neighbors.

Smoking inside the property is absolute prohibited. If smoking outside the property, please stay away from the property at least 6 feet, and clean up the cigarette butts. If there is smell or cigarette butts leftovers, we will charge additional $300 for deep cleaning

Great location and privacy house

A very quiet and great location house. Close to the town center, stores, and points of interest. The host is pretty helpful from the beginning to the end. Definitely, I recommend this house if you have a big family or group.

This is a wonderful old house on a great quiet street within easy walk of Littleton's bustling main street as well as the bike trail. Fuily equiped, clear instructions, easy to use giant tv. We had one in our party on crutches, so downstairs bedroom was excellent.

Beautiful stay in Littleton

Littleton is a great town, and the Lana is a wonderful place to stay while there! It's just a short walk from Main St., and a great place to crash at the end of the day. It's roomy and comfortable, and it was so nice to light a fire in the stove and relax.

Such a grand house and such a grand time!

We traveled to the area to see family and to sight see and the trip was fabulous! This house is comfy and you truly feel at home here. Great location for walking to restaurants as well as stores. Also Sunday morning Farmer’s mkt. The walking trails around this area are fabulous too! We were lucky enough to be here for the First Friday art and concert in Littleton as well, and it was wonderful! As much or as little as you want to do, this is a great house for it, and our trip was very enjoyable!

My stay here was excellent. I came with my extended family so there was 11 people and 2 dogs with us and it accommodated us all easily! Beautiful inside and out. I highly recommend.

The house was spacious and well located, but throughout our 6-day stay there was an overpowering smell from the oil-fired furnance (we think this is why there were numerous air fresheners throughout the house). The TV room had inadequate heating despite the portable electric heater provided. While this old house has has some charm, it has many tripping hazards because of changing floor levels as well as slanted ceilings in three places where you could hit your head. We feel like the price was too high for the quality of our experience.

Fall Hiking Adventure

Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful historic home! Plenty of space for the 6 of us, with rooms to spare. Kitchen was well stocked, as were bathrooms. Lots of stairs and some unexpected steps up/down to watch out for, but those are to be expected in an older home like this. Walking distance to Main Street, farmers market, and great restaurants. Short drive to beautiful hiking. Our son also enjoyed running on local streets and trails. Our dog had a great stay as well, and loved exploring the area! Fenced in yard was a plus, although our dog found a way to slither under the fence so we had to keep an eye on our little escape artist! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

The Lana

Great location. Short walk to all of downtown Littleton. Plenty of parking on the property. Spacious inside. Clean upon arrival. Quiet at night. No issue with all entrances being covered by surveillance camera but this should be divulged up front and not noted upon arrival. Some owner aware issues should not be considered "quirks" but should be fixed. Ex: first floor toilet flushing issue. Cleaners clearly come through between guests but a walkaround of the exterior to fix furniture, pick up items left lying around or knocked over, wipe down tables and chairs, and similar would be nice touch.

Very interesting accomodations

There were two couples that occupied this home. Certainly large enough, but the Queen bedroom on the 3rd floor has no bathroom. Both full bathrooms are on the second floor, slightly inconvenient. The host wants to keep all the all the thermostats at 65 degrees, unreasonable in the cold. The TV room was very cold. Mouse turds under the kitchen sink, very dirty down there, and the bottom freezer tray had not been cleaned.No dishtowels in the kitchen.We fixed the running water downstairs toilet. If it wasn't for the uncleanliness, we would rate it a 4 star.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that aspects of your stay didn’t meet expectations. To clarify, while guests are staying in the home, you're welcome to adjust the thermostats to your comfort. We only ask that the thermostats be set back to 65°F when leaving the house during winter months, as this helps prevent frozen pipes. The TV room does have a high ceiling, which can make it feel cooler in colder months, but we provide a pellet stove that warms the space up quickly and effectively—guests are welcome to use it at any time. We sincerely apologize for the condition under the kitchen sink. We’ve since had our pest control and cleaning teams address the issue thoroughly. We’ve also added more dishtowels to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked for future guests. We truly appreciate your helpful comments and hope we’ll have the opportunity to provide you with a much-improved experience in the future.

Great location

The location of the property was amazing with easy access to many restaurants, shops, and hiking trails. The house was large and had more than enough space for our family of 6. It felt like it could have been cleaner and there were some repairs that the property seemed to need. The shades were hard to operate and were stained and dirty. Many of the games were broken or missing pieces, lightbulbs needed to be replaced, and the property overall just felt kind of cold and not super welcoming. There was a damp smell in some of the rooms and a pretty significant leak in the dining room on the last night of our stay. When we reached out to the property manager, she was very responsive and said she would have it looked at the next day. If some of these issues were addressed, this property at this location absolutely has 5+++ star potential.
