Welcome to The Beverly! A quaint, 2 bedroom, 1 bath home located on Buena Lake with a touch of mid-century modern design is perfect for your get-a-way. Whether it is a romantic weekend or a stay for fun, the Waterford Wi area has plenty of summer and winter activities to enjoy. You can fish, go kayaking or boating or just relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets!

Enjoy this elegant home with a mid-century modern flair. Featuring lake front views, hot tub and stunningly unique vintage decor. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking essentials, coffee and filters. Enjoy listening to albums while relaxing in the living room or enjoy the sunset from the year roundĀ  hot tub. Outside you can enjoy a bonfire at the fire-pit, have a barbecue on the grill, fish off of the pier or go kayaking on the lake. The areas natural beauty is ideal for the perfect get-a-way. Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the water and the abundance of wildlife, although shops and restaurants are only a few minutes' drive away. The area is peaceful and quiet. This is a setting for all to enjoy.

Make yourself at home. The entire house is yours to use while you are here.



Things to Know:

Ā WeĀ  require our guests to be ID verified either thru AirBnb or by us.

Check in time is 3pm/Check out time is 10am.

Early check in/late checkout: We are happy to accommodate an early check in or late check out whenever possible. There is an early check-in fee of $75 and a late check-out fee of $75. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out or on the same day as your arrival or departure, so we can only approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please let us know so we can initiate an advance payment.

Check-out: Please do a thorough check for anything you might have forgotten; don't forget to look under beds, couches, etc. Please check-out on time unless otherwise approved and late check-out fee is paid for.

Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet time outside after 9pm.

There are no guests, visitors, gatherings or parties allowed.

The owner will visit to treat the hot tub as necessary

No smoking allowed in the home.

**Please Note: This property is located on Buena Lake and you will encounter bugs such as mosquitoes, flies, bees, spiders, ants, to name a few. We do treat for insects monthly, however it is impossible to keep the house and property completely bug free**

Great relaxing home.

We had a wonderful relaxing time here. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and all the needs for sā€™mores by the campfire. We would highly recommend this property.

A wonderful stay!

This property was perfect for our week in Wisconsin. We had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The record player was an awesome addition and we had fun going down memory lane with old records. The hot tub was an added bonus. The owners were great to communicate with and very welcoming! We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Cute lakehouse with everything you need

Friends and I booked The Beverly because we were seeing shows at Alpine Valley. This place is about 25 mins from the venue and a great find right on the lake in a cute town. Everything looks brand new in the house, and you have just about everything you needā€”beds are really comfy too. Took the kayaks out on the lake for some peaceful rowing, used the gas grill, and unfortunately didnā€™t quite get to the hot tub but that would definitely be a plus next time. Book with confidence.

Perfect fall getaway for 2

My husband and I picked this property for our first kid free escape since 2019 and it was perfect! The house can accommodate more but we loved having it just to the two of us. The hosts really thought of everything - kitchen was one of the best stocked weā€™ve experienced with a full size coffee maker, welcome basket with wine and sā€™mores, condiments in the fridge and spices. We chose to skip the cooking and ordered Thai carry out from town. The views out over the water at the fall leaves were breathtaking from the picture window but even better enjoyed from the hot tub. Instructions for use were clear and simple and we loved soaking after a bike ride to Burlington for lunch at The Runaway micro brewery - interesting locally inspired menu, great taps! The neighborhood is walkable and we enjoyed an after coffee stroll in the morning. The decor in the house itself is so cool - loved the 50s retro vibe (complete with record player!) that stayed true to some of the original architecture and was balanced with all the comfy touches (throw blanket in the upstairs living room!) that made it both a pleasure to look at and live in. Like most homes of that era the bathroom is small and there is only one in the house but itā€™s been updated and the shower was nice and hot with great pressure - also nice after the bike ride. Also hosts communicated well leading up to our stay, accommodated a change of weekend request, and left us in peace and quiet while we were there just like we like it! A+ from start to finish. In total highly recommend both the area and this home specifically. We hope to return in warmer weather to enjoy the dock, fire pit and beautiful backyard.
