Welcome to our newly renovated cottage with a breathtaking view! As you walk into our house, you'll immediately be taken away by the stunning vista and how close we are to the lake. The decor is meticulously designed, and we have plenty of seating for up to a family of six. With three bedrooms and two baths, you can enjoy your vacation or getaway in utmost comfort and peace.


- Bedroom and bathroom layouts:
Master bedroom with a king bed - Ground Floor.
Bedroom with a twin bed + trundle - Lower Level.
Bedroom with two twin beds - Lower Level.
* One full bathroom on the each floor.

The well-equipped kitchen offers all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals, and the inviting living space is perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with loved ones. Step outside onto your private patio and take in the serene views of the lake. It's the ideal spot to unwind, sip your favorite drinks, and share stories with your crew.
This cottage shares the lakefront, pier and parking with our Cottage A.

We want your stay at our waterfront retreat to be as enjoyable as possible. Rest assured that our co-hosts will be available to offer assistance and address any concerns you may have throughout your stay. They are just a phone call or message away, ready to assist you with any questions or requests.

Please be aware of the following unique aspects of your stay:

- The Brown house features a charming spiral staircase, enhancing its unique character. However, due to its design, it may not be suitable for toddlers and infants.

- The town maintains quiet hours from 10pm to 6am, and we kindly request that you respect this time.

- If you're interested in a leisurely outing on the lake, we offer pontoon boat rentals at $200 per night (only for summer season).

- Kayaks and paddle boards are next to Cottage B and free for everyone to use. We have a total of 4 kayaks, one paddle board (adult size) and two paddle boards (kids size) all included in your stay.

- Cornhole Toss Game only available for your backyard fun :)

- Smoking is not permitted inside the house, and marijuana smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.

- As we are located by the lake, our water may have a distinct mineral scent. This is common in lake houses and is completely safe.

- Please be mindful of our sewage system and avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper, as the city sewage by the lake is sensitive.

- If you are bringing a dog, please ensure that you adhere to responsible pet ownership practices during your stay and pay the required pet fee.

- Keypad: Enter the code and then press "Unlock." The code will be sent to you 2 days before check-in.

- Pet-Friendly Accommodation: We understand the joy of bringing your furry friend along on your vacation. We allow up to 2 dogs (DOGS ONLY) to accompany you with a non-refundable pet fee of $55 per pet per stay. Unfortunately, we are unable to host your cat due to allergies. If a Guest brings a dog and does not inform us, a $1,000 pet fee will apply.

Please note: Violating our house rules may result in a $500 fine.

- During the May-June season, lake flies are abundant. They are harmless but can be an annoyance. They typically disappear within two weeks and are a food source for fish in the lake. It is important to keep windows and doors closed at night, as they are attracted to bright lights and can enter through screen doors.

During your stay, we'll be available to answer any queries or provide recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and activities.
