This is a 2 bedroom unit in the best location in town with serenity and tranquility in mind. The open concept living space boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, and a comfortable, brand new sofa bed. The 2 bedrooms each have a king bed with a direct connection to a full bathroom allowing for comfort, luxury, and privacy. Walk out to the poolside patio with direct access to the resort style pool with a beautiful waterfall feature, surrounded by a perfectly manicured tropical garden. The condo has a spacious patio, perfect for guests to plan the day ahead, simply relax and dine, and remote workers to plug in! For those that want to explore the beach, it`s only a few steps away - literally across the road! You can`t get any closer to the water than this!

Guests have full access to the whole unit. There is also a shared children`s playground and a resort style swimming pool with a cascade waterfall feature and a shallower kid`s area, making it an ideal space for families.

This resort style complex is right in town, few steps away from the beach. A 5 minute walk will gain you access to a variety of restaurants, stores, and nightlife entertainment. Tamarindo can have a busy vibe to it, especially during the high season; however, once you pass through the gates, it has a relaxed, low key atmosphere allowing guests to enjoy the best of both worlds.

Although everything is in walkable distance, a golf cart or bike rental will allow you to explore the area with ease – you never know when you might have an impromptu shopping spree! For those who want full luxury, a car rental or private shuttles are also available, but not necessary. Please contact us for reservations.

On occasion during drought season the area experiences scheduled water conservation periods, where guests may experience some water shortage. This complex has its own water reservoir tank and pump, thus this should not affect guests. However, in extenuating circumstances, this is a possibility. Either way, if you feel it is out of the ordinary, please let us know so that we can assess it.
- Quiet hours after 8:00 pm.
- No more than the registered 6 people.
- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
- No use of glass around or in the pool, please use plastic.
- Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night`s rate.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
- In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
