This spacious 1,200 sq foot house plus loft sleeps 8 and features one king bed, two queen beds and two twin beds, two bathrooms, electric fireplace, sleeping loft area, an open-concept well stocked kitchen and living area/game room.
Outside there is a 372 sq foot inviting screened in porch to lounge, play games in or dine.
If your muscles are tired from that hike or kayaking experience, just relax in the 6 person HOT TUB on the porch.
In the evening relax by the fire pit and enjoy some smores.
If the weather is raining or inclement, you can stay inside the spacious house and play in the gaming area which features a FOOSBALL TABLE, AIR HOCKEY TABLE, SHUFFLEBOARD TABLE, and VIDEO GAME.
Other Special features of this home include 3 TVs, conveniently installed both indoors and outdoors. Internet is available for streaming your favorite shows, a DVD player, board games, and a gas grill.
THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA
The area boasts incredible hiking trails, waterfalls, unique restaurants, and the stunning University of the South in Sewanee. Sweetens Golf Club is only 25 mi. Day trips to Nashville, Chattanooga & Atlanta.
Within only a few miles you will find many adventures such as The Caverns, Bigfoot Adventure, The Mountain Goat Trail, Fiery Gizzard, Foster, Falls, Greeter Falls, South Cumberland State Park (3 miles away) and so much more!
Let this be your getaway from the city. 1.5 hours from Franklin and a little more from Nashville.

COMMUNITY LOCATION FEATURES
95 Acre Calm Water Lake. Lake is walking distance from the house and there are public piers. You can kayak, canoe, paddle board, and fish on the lake. Please note that swimming on the lake is not allowed.
Canoe and kayak rentals are available on the lake. Information on this will be provided in your guest book.
