Once you enter the unit, you will definitely feel at home. 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse with garage, on Indian Rocks Beach, with plenty of space. Relax, soak in the sun, and enjoy the beach with all the comforts of a home. Enjoy beach access and much more...Sand, Sun, and Fun are only a few clicks away!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Come and enjoy the ocean in the Sunshine State. See you soon! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner during your getaway, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and much moreā€¦Dining has plenty of spaces with enough seating for 6 guests. Sliding Glass Door opens from your private balcony, facing the courtyard. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or an afternoon cocktail.

We have a washer and dryer inside the townhouse. Travel right and travel light, you have your own washer and dryer for your convenience and all the comforts of home.

Enjoy cable, Smart TV, and wifi. There is one TV in the living room and one in the Master Bedroom.

All three bedrooms are located upstairs. The Master bedroom has a King Size bed with an ensuite bathroom and walking closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds.

Living Space has a nice and open concept with lots of natural light.

The home has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Sheets, bath towels, hair dryer, etc. Make yourself at home!

You can spend the day at the beach or relax in the pool located in the courtyard.

Walk to the beautiful white sand of Indian Rocks beach, restaurants, shopping, as well as recreational activities, and local parks.

If you want to adventure a bit further -- Head up the coast to the world-famous Clearwater Beach; a short scenic drive away. Or down the coast just a few miles to St. Pete Beach, John Pass, Treasure Island, etc.

Visit some of our famous Local Restaurants: The Original Crabby Bill's located on Indian Rocks Beach, and/or Salt Rock Grill located on Indian Shores.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Busch Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and Downtown Disney is just two hours away.

Door blinds

Could us new door blinds they kept falling down and you can tell where they been broke and they flip them upside down but wasnt an issue at all , we can wait to come back down and hopefully this house is avaliable when we do because we would love to stay there again, thank you so much for the excellent stay we very much appreciate everything about our stay

Indian Rocks Beach

Nice place but unable to fully utilize the pool area as the grass had not been mowed in quite a while and you had to walk through to get to it. Otherwise 5 stars. Close to beach and great food

Beach vacation

Loved how close we were to the beach. Liked the front and back porches. However, if your place sleeps 6 then you need to have seating for 6 in the living area. Only enough seating for 4ā€¦.need to add another 2 seat couch or put a sectional in, there is room for it. Beds were comfortable. Liked the 2 and half bathrooms.

Back to shool vacay

The property is in a great location. It is located across the street from a small public beach access. Usually this means crowded beaches, but not at this location. The public parking was a few spots and that area of the beach was not crowded at all. The house was clean and had plenty of space. Also, the pool was a nice place to cool off before we went in from the beach. My husband said the only thing lacking was a blender. He missed making his banana daiquiri. Lol The host is fabulous about replying to questions and very accommodating when we needed a late checkout. Definitely plan on returning to this unit.

Beach adjacent

This is a great condo that is right across from the beach. The location was ideal. The host was quick to respond and provided a wonderful beach getaway. The condo itself had ample space, comfortable beds, plenty of linens, and a pool that was never crowded. The front and back decks were great places to begin or end the day. It was nice to have access to a garage and beach gear. I would have preferred a few more comforts in the kitchen, lamps/lighting throughout the home, and a garage door opener (you have to enter the home up a flight then a flight to open the garage). There were 2 loveseats in the living room that were comfortable, but it would have been nice to have a few other seating options. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who wants a comfortable spot close to the beach. The quiet neighborhood was pleasant to walk my dog or just a stroll to see the other homes.

Disappointed stay

This condo was well located within walking distance of the beach and good places to eat. Unfortunately the worn and poorly maintained condition of the condo led to a disappointing stay. There was pink mold on the shower curtain, windows and blinds that were hard to operate, missing pieces of flooring and dirt under the kitchen sink and on screen doors and blinds. There was only a miniature broom for cleaning and it was impossible for a normal size adult to access the water faucet under the air conditioner to clean off sand. Also loud construction and trash removal noise starting at 7am Monday through Saturday was annoying. I will never knowingly rent from Beach Place Management LLC again.

Highly recommend at beach

Highly recommend this place. No issues during stay. This house is one street over from the beach. 3 minute walk at most. The house was easy to access. Plenty of parking space. Clean and well kept on the outside. Inside the house it was spacious and clean. Large living room with 2 couches and a tv. There is large garage with beach supplies such as wagon, chairs, umbrellas and noodles. The dining area had seating for 6. Kitchen had few supplies for cooking 3 pots, 2 skillets, 2 baking sheets, coffee machine and a toaster. Nice size fridge and freezer with ice maker. Plates, cups, bowls and utensils. The 3 bathrooms were clean and decent sizes. All with toilets, 1 with a shower and 1 with a tub. The bedrooms were perfect. Very comfortable beds with extra linens. 2 portable fans were provided. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels to use. The washer and dryer operated very well. Both balconies had chairs and tables to use. All rooms had adequate lighting and plenty of windows for viewing the outside. We didnā€™t use the swimming pool but it looked clean and maintained. The area was very nice and people were friendly. There were no issues with noise or litter. The beach is so close and it wasnā€™t crowded or dirty. Our visit was at the end of April and the weather was very warm. Upper 80s and nice breeze. Checkin and checkout was simple and easy. Host was very clear on instructions and we would definitely use again. Good times!!

2023 IRB SPRING BREAK

This location was great within 500+ feet away from the beach as we just walked across the main road that has flashing crosswalks for pedestrians. There is a beach wagon, four chairs, umbrella, kids bucket and shovel, olleyball and cooler provided. It has a garage which I parked my F150 truck inside of and you could put two vehicles inside of the garage and room for 2 more cars in the driveway as well as rental golf carts, etc.. itā€™s a huge place with three bedrooms upstairs, one king master, one queen and third bedroom has two twin beds along with 2 1/2 bath rooms. Just about everything was provided kitchen wise and you have a deck to walk out in the front and the back of the townhouse on the main level. We did not watch much TV but there is one downstairs with two leather sofa couches, as well as one TV in the master room. There is also a dishwasher which we did not use as we hand washed everything. The washer and dryer works great so packed lightly. Just wash things and dry things as needed. All hard floors on the main level and carpet going up the 14 stairs and upstairs. The best thing about it that we decide to stay the sixth day and luckily for us the facility was open for our extra night, but rented out the following week. Myhanh was GREAT to communicate with as she answered when we called. We saw a few townhomes that our friends were in but not like our townhouse. #1 eating place was Crabby Bills. Lastly the pool was gated and clean. šŸ˜ŠšŸ˜ŠšŸ˜Š
