Thank you so much for your awesome 10-star review! We’re so glad you loved your stay at Gulfside Villas #15 and enjoyed being just steps from the beach. It’s great to hear our team was able to quickly take care of the maintenance issue when you arrived — we always want our guests to feel supported right away. We love that you explored the local restaurants and that the kids had fun at mini golf (feeding the alligators is definitely a memorable experience! 🐊). And of course, beach shelling never gets old! 🐚✨ We’d be thrilled to host you and your family again anytime. ~ The Sandy Feet Vacation Rentals Team

Amazing location, Amazing Gulfside Villa, and Amazing time with Family!

We had such a wonderful experience! Great location, great place to stay, and so close to the beach! The view of the gulf from the balcony is such a treat and so relaxing! Our family who traveled from NYC and Oklahoma, had an outstanding and memorable experience. We can't thank your team enough for such a beautiful time spent with family! Thank you, again! 😁

Pontos positivos: Check-in, comunicação, localização e precisão do anúncio
The condo was the perfect location with just steps to the beach and pool. The porch was perfect for waking up and watching the waves. The master bedroom and second bedroom were extremely spacious. The main floor layout with the kitchen, living room, and dining room made it easy to come off a long day and relax. The condo is outdated and it wasn’t as clean as I would have expected upon arrival. The shed with chairs, beach toys, and umbrellas was nice surprise.

We couldn’t ask for a better location! Private gate entrance, spacious condo and just steps away from a not crowded beach! We love the idea of walking distance to restaurants and bars.My only suggestion would be that the condo provides body wash in the showers and to replace or fix the washer. The washer made a very loud an annoying sound .

We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the location, private gate entrance, and the spacious condo, as well as the proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants. We appreciate your suggestion about providing body wash, and we’ll definitely look into it. As for the washer, it is scheduled to be replaced next month, and we apologize for the noise it caused during your stay. We’d love to welcome you back anytime! Sandy Feet Vacation Rentals

Amazing Property

This property was absolutely perfect—beachfront, clean, well-maintained, and my family felt completely safe. The condo had everything that we needed with regard to the kitchen and living areas, as well as the beach. There was a lot of noise and activity on the beach with the beach rebuilding project, but that is not a reflection on the rental. The communication with Sandy Feet was excellent; they let us know they were there if we needed them, but they didn't hover. This is the 2nd time I've booked with this rental agency, and each time was a wonderful experience. We plan to use them again in the future and hope to return to this property.

Pontos positivos: Check-in, comunicação e localização
Pontos negativos: Limpeza
Overall the property was run down and not in good condition. Two of the bedrooms were fine. The third was tiny and didn't even have a complete wall to the hallway. Location was good. These are some concerns we had: Washington machine was very loud-squeaking, pounding. No way you could run a load at night and sleep.Bathroom upstairs-no bathmat, inside shower door doesn’t slide, broken inside handle that is sharp, toilet doesn’t always fill with water, had to take off tank lid and jiggle inside to fill, heat lamp doesn’t work, bathtub faucet drips continuously Refrigerator - bulging under ice/water dispenser, brown liquid dripping down the front. Ice dispenser doesn’t work. Two lights out above kitchen table Broken connector piece on multiple shades No kitchen towelsThe outside fan is very rusty and pieces are breaking offI have shared these concerns with management and included pictures.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to highlight the areas where we can improve. We understand that your experience wasn’t up to the standard we strive for. While we were only made aware of these concerns the evening before your departure, had we known earlier, we would have been more than happy to address them during your stay to ensure your comfort. We’ve already taken steps to resolve the issues you mentioned, and we’re grateful for your input as it helps us improve. Thank you for staying with us!
