Location can't be beat! Beautiful Views and quick beach access. Unit was clean and well outfitted. Some TLC needed with appliances and exterior touch up, but overall a great rental.

Nice condo with a perfect location steps from the beach. I had a maintenance issue when I arrived and the rental corresponded immediately and took care of the issue.There are so many great restaurants within walking distance and the kids loved the mini golf where you can feed live alligators!Great beach for shelling

Amazing location, Amazing Gulfside Villa, and Amazing time with Family!

We had such a wonderful experience! Great location, great place to stay, and so close to the beach! The view of the gulf from the balcony is such a treat and so relaxing! Amazing Property

This property was absolutely perfect—beachfront, clean, well-maintained, and my family felt completely safe. The condo had everything that we needed with regard to the kitchen and living areas, as well as the beach. There was a lot of noise and activity on the beach with the beach rebuilding project, but that is not a reflection on the rental. The communication with Sandy Feet was excellent; they let us know they were there if we needed them, but they didn't hover. This is the 2nd time I've booked with this rental agency, and each time was a wonderful experience. We plan to use them again in the future and hope to return to this property.

The condo was the perfect location with just steps to the beach and pool. The porch was perfect for waking up and watching the waves. The master bedroom and second bedroom were extremely spacious. The main floor layout with the kitchen, living room, and dining room made it easy to come off a long day and relax. The condo is outdated and it wasn’t as clean as I would have expected upon arrival. The shed with chairs, beach toys, and umbrellas was nice surprise.

We couldn’t ask for a better location! Private gate entrance, spacious condo and just steps away from a not crowded beach! We love the idea of walking distance to restaurants and bars.My only suggestion would be that the condo provides body wash in the showers and to replace or fix the washer. The washer made a very loud an annoying sound .
