We had the best time. We rented this for the kids since we weren't doing Disney on this trip and it was perfect! Super great just for any need they were very responsive.

The themes of the rooms and the overall look of the house was so much fun! The kids loved the pool and the game room. A few things to be aware of is that when kids are playing upstairs, it is soooo loud downstairs. The wooden floors in the game room make all the noise echo in the master bedroom. If you are not planning on doing a lot of cooking at the house, then this is a great place to rent. But if you need an extremely well stocked kitchen, then be aware that you need to look elsewhere. The proximity to the Disney parks was perfect! It was very easy to get to and from the parks each day. But the lack of general supplies at the house was a little bit frustrating. You have to buy your own toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels, napkins, and basically anything that you need to use you will have to buy and stock yourself. There was a broom, but no dust pan. We even had to buy a Keurig coffee maker because the coffee maker there was impossible to work. My husband had to Google the directions and finally got it working after two days. But just having a Keurig would go a long way to making this kitchen easier to use!The owners communicated well and replaced the water filter in the fridge when we requested it. We did request a late check out and were denied our request very late the night before leaving, so that was very frustrating. It was a very fun house to rent, those are just some things to be aware of when looking for a place that meets your needs.

While our stay was overall enjoyable, we were very disappointed in the maintenance and cleanliness of the home. It was as advertised regarding the layout and decor. However, the home was not clean or maintained - hair in showers, smeared food on walls, cockroaches downstairs (not palmetto bugs like we saw on patio), pots that were half washed, beds with only a blanket and no top sheet, and toilets that barely flushed. None of the special effect lighting worked (a big draw for us choosing the home), half the regular light bulbs around the home were burned out, games they touted for the family to play were all mixed up and missing pieces, remote controls were missing and not working, and patio furniture was unraveling. After reporting lights not working, we were asked to submit photos and check breakers. Though I didn’t feel this was our responsibility, I did so and received no further response. It wasn’t worth spending our stay arguing and going back and forth with the unresponsive owners, so we made the best of things while there. After our stay I did mention our concerns again before leaving an official review and again excuses. I have always been able to leave great reviews on Vrbo but I would not recommend this home to anyone. As we often referred to it during our stay, it was “lipstick on a pig”. There are many well maintained homes in the area. Don’t be fooled by the lights a glam- bc odds are they don’t work anyway!

So fun!

Our dance team loved this house! It was the perfect mixture of whimsy and practicality. It had everything we needed and so many fun extras like the slide from the Moana room and the hidden Mario & Luigi in the kitchen (we found them!). The owners couldn't have been nicer and their communication was excellent!

Disney trip

The home was nice and in a safe neighborhood; the kids loved the bunks and pool. There were a few problems along the way that I felt should have been take care of before our stay, such as, one king bed broken and leaning sideways, the pool/hot tub heater blowing the breaker throughout stay(should of offered a refund for this amount), many of the games were not working properly. He did offer to fix the bed during our stay while we were out but I really did not like a stranger coming in with our stuff, so we propped it up and so I didn’t tell him about games. We went without pool heat for a day or two due to unsure if working or not and the weather was a little warmer those days. And I really would have appreciated better cookware that didn’t stick like glue and all beds to have top sheets for the price.

An Amazing Experience!

We hosted a family reunion at this house and everyone had a fabulous time. We had 16 people staying here with more who joined us during the day and we never felt crowded. The Moana room with its theming, bunk beds and slide was a big hit with the kids! Everyone enjoyed the game room and the pool. We used the clubhouse pool and lazy river and that was also a big hit with the kids and their parents. The house was very well equipped (even pool toys) and we would certainly be back in the future if hosting another large event.

Enjoyable Family Getaway

The property was as described in the listing, no false advertising! All of the bedrooms and rooms were clean and in order. There were plenty of bath towels and pools to go around for our large family. Each bathroom also had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup wipes. The kids enjoyed having a gameroom inside the home and not in a garage space like most Florida rentals (which can get quite stuffy feeling and humid). The Mario themed kids board games were an added bonus. The owners were very responsive to our small concerns and the television issue was remedied very quickly. We paid to have the pool heated and it was plenty warm enough for the kids to be swimmming outdoors in February (daytime temps were mainly in the 70s during our stay)! There were even some left behind toys the kids could enjoy (pool noodle, two inner tubes, diving sticks, and a small corn hole like game). They loved having an outdoor dining space for all of us to eat at together!

Perfect multi-generational family vacation home!!

Loved the layout of the home. Bedrooms downstairs and upstairs. Great loft area with games and the pool kept every entertained. Easy to book and great communication from owner. We would definitely book again. Thanks.

We enjoyed our stay at Windsor! The house was awesome! Plenty of room for sleeping and gathering! Room for kids playing games and adults visiting. Pool was great and hot tub was relaxing! Ryan is a great host and the house was as advertised! Will be back!
