Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
A BBQ gas grill is kept at the home. There is a rental cost to use. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. (This is an industry standard practice.)

The family absolutely was in awe of the Harry Potter theme. Had great space for everyone and little surprises you will see when u check in. Grandson loved the pool. Washers and dryer were handy for a large group. Truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the great environment for our family vacation.

The experience from start to finish was perfect! The host was incredibly responsive and made everything so easy. The house is absolutely extraordinary! The photos are beautiful, but they truly don’t do this property justice. The home is much larger and even more beautiful in person.Everything was exceptionally clean, and the outdoor area was amazing. The pool, hot tub, bar, entertainment area, and tons of comfortable seating made it the perfect place for our group to spend time together and relax. There was plenty of room for everyone, both inside and out.The entire property exceeded our expectations. We had such a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again. If you’re considering booking this home, do it!! You will not be disappointed!

This house was amazing for our week vacation! We even planned two days and stayed in the house. That’s how awesome it was. The different themed rooms for Harry Potter were awesome. All the detail that they put into the Harry Potter details was amazing. The mini arcade games with unlimited play and the little cubby under the stairs with the old arcade Games was awesome.Will absolutely be staying here again when we come back to Orlando!!

Great house with a ton of rooms Host accommodated early check in which was so nice since we had no where to go, I know that’s not always feasible but it was allowed and very much appreciated! Would def stay here again…

The home is amazing for a family. While we had fun in amusement parks, our kids enjoyed being at the house almost as much, as there was so much to do.

House was everything that you could have imagined. The pictures are exactly what you see when you walk into each room. We loved to watch movies in the theater, and the kids played every game multiple times. The hot tub and pool worked perfectly, and the outside movie screen was great for an evening grilling out. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend for a family stay.

Nothing negative to say about this property! We all loved the arcade/game room, pool and hot tub, and the theater room. The property was clean with comfortable beds. The double washers and dryers were much appreciated. We had a fabulous week and would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic vacation villa and has something for everyone. Only problem was that we had to leave! Great communication from the management company. Quick responses to messages and we had no issues from check in to check out.

I rented this for my friend that just lost her husban. Her and her husband were huge harry potter fans and this was a great home and vaca to help her get away from her loss

Best Vacation House Ever

The house we stayed at was great. The Harry Potter Theme throughout the house was unbelievable. The whole family enjoyed it, kids and adults alike. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it whether or not you are a Harry Potter fan.

Hogwarts House Holiday 2025

Great time with family and friends visiting throughout our week long stay. Plenty of room for everyone. The house is professionally decorated, it feels like you are in the theme park! Really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and movie room. Highly recommend!
